Come and recharge your batteries in this studio on the ground floor of a chalet on the edge of the forest, quiet, with a lovely view of the green valley. The studio and the entire property are entirely non-smoking. Our cottage is located on the side of the road, but it is not very busy because we are at the end of the town. Studio located on the 1st floor of a detached building. Direct access to the Dérêches sports park (swimming pool, tennis courts, equestrian center, health course, Palais des Congrès course, ice rink, adventure course, etc.) For mountain biking or walking, the Super Morzine gondola is 200 meters from the accommodation. Ideally located in the center of the village, all shops, bars and restaurants are accessible without a vehicle. A private uncovered parking space is available.

Thonon, Evian, Geneva, Annecy, Chamonix, less than an hour's drive away. The Space: On the ground floor and refurbished in 2023. It consists of a kitchen, bathroom, and large bedroom with small sofa. Terrace and 4×7 pool available in summer. For your information, cats roam in the garden.

In winter, come ski on the Hirmentaz 1600 m (Haute Savoie) area and enjoy this ski resort because the chairlift awaits you a few meters from the Ch'Ti@ppart
