Enjoy your stay in this simple flat in an old house between Hieflau at the Enns river and Eisenerz, the medieval mining town for iron. Listen to the rushing Alpine river Erzbach; climb some peaks in the surrounding Alps or swim in the lake Leopoldsteinersee in a 10km bike ride on a cycle path. Update June 2025: works started to build a water power station on the river below the house. As a result there might be noise between 8am and 4 pm on weekdays and the river bank is not accessible.

Green splendor idyll in a secluded location

The former barn is originally converted into a holiday home of a special kind, 144 m² on two levels. Surrounded by 2 ha of meadow, 1 ha of forest, a place for retreat, for family holidays, for "Simply Being in Hollenstein." Swimming, tennis, cycling (Ybbstag cycle path right outside the door), hiking, skiing, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing and tobogganing right by the house if the snow allows! 3 km from the center of Hollenstein, very good infrastructure.

Welcome to the Keuscherl in the Holzäpfeltal in Wildalpen. This cottage is surrounded by nature and offers the perfect retreat. s'Keuscherl has a new bathroom with shower and an equipped kitchen where you can cater for yourself. Enjoy breakfast in the garden overlooking the "Riegerin." In the evening, watch the sunset with a glass of wine or warm up in front of the fireplace. The house has 2 bedrooms with double beds and a sofa bed in the living room.

Lunz am See apartment with a view

This is a breathtaking place for people who really want peace and nature, far away from everything else. Meadow, forest, fresh air and mountains. Here there are deer, chickens, cats and bees. The apartment is on a farm, alone in the middle of a large clearing, which I am building as an organic farm with permaculture. It consists of a huge room with wooden floor, new wood-burning stove and mountain views, as well as a bathroom, and a kitchen.

Immerse yourself in nature, recharge your batteries and enjoy peace and quiet. Your apartment is accessible via an external staircase and is in a quiet location, without hustle and bustle and noise. Starting point for many hiking trails and excursion destinations, right on the way to Lugauer. There is enough space for your children to play, pet and watch animals. To relax, you have seating and space for grilling at the edge of the forest.

Zwetschge sleeping hut (My little break)

Our offer includes a cozy sleeping hut with box-spring beds for nightly comfort, infrared heating and satellite TV. Bed linen and towels are of course provided. The toilet and shower are in a separate building and are shared. Relaxation options include a barrel sauna and sun loungers. In our lounge area next to the bathrooms you will find a spacious bench, a fridge with drinks and a coffee maker.

Experience nature at the Green Lake in the "Schlupfwinkel"

My place is close to the Grüner See Nature Reserve, mountains, forest, meadow, swimming lake. Stream at the property line. You'll love my place because of the comfortable bed, light, kitchen, coziness, beautiful terrace, and private garden for guests. My place is good for couples, solo travelers, adventurers, families with 2 children (in the kitchen there is a pull-out sofa bed).
