I had a great stay. The instructions were clear, and the place was beautifully decorated and spotless. The bedding and furniture were brand new, and I had everything I needed. The host was great!

I had a very comfortable 5 day stay with my primary age children and dogs whilst we visited family over new years. The house was fully equipped, quiet and comfortable, it was like a home from home. Great that it had desks in the bedrooms too and it had good wifi. Loved the nearby nature reserve for our dogs.

Suzanne is a great host, very welcoming & friendly who is always on hand if needed. A good supply of provisions were waiting for us upon arrival including milk, bread cereals & crossiants. We would not hesitate to stay here again when next in the area.

The house was lovely. It was a perfect location and everything was as described. The only thing that could have been improved is the state of the garden and the fact that the living room didn’t have any blinds on the main big windows. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay and house was very spacious.

This room have just got the new Wi-Fi. And it’s located in the city central. It took you just a few steps to the new street station. It is very convenient 👍👍👍

Ryan is excellent in hosting. He was welcoming and friendly. His place is very spacious, super clean and equipped with all things necessary. And the view of the city from his balcony was spectacular. Highly recommended!

I stayed here for my short duration in Birmingham and thoroughly enjoyed it. However it being on a main road may be a problem for some guests, so keep that in mind when booking. Other than that, had no issues staying here, and would do so again.

We had a lovely stay, we had everything we needed. It was a great stopover on our way to Wales. Teddie ( our little dog) loved the garden, it was a great secure place for him to run around. An easy walk into Stone. Thank you for a very comfortable stay 😊
