Het is 30 min. fietsen/ 10 min. trein naar Utrecht. Een volledig uitgerust appartement met eigen entree van 60m2 met woonkeuken, werkplek, slaapkamer met 2 p. boxspring (180*220), badkamer met douche, toilet, wasbak en ruime sauna! De patiotuin is nog in aanbouw en is klaar medio maart '25.
