Vacation rentals with a patio in Hilton Head Island

It was perfect for the weekend and a walking path to the beach and close to restaurants.

Kristie’s place was very nice it was super clean and private it was in a great area very close to the Tanger outlets and several good restaurants also make sure to check out Alljoy doughnuts they were incredible great stay for a little getaway.

Directions were accurate and easy to find. Given these condos were older David's place is well kept, clean, with all the amenities one needs. Including beach chairs, tote, and towels! Loads of coffee (thank you!) and even snacks! The view from the porch was amazing. Everyone there was quiet and peaceful. Never crowded. Though not alot of beach, low tide was amazing to go out and walk miles on sand dunes and explore around the rocks. Only negatives is the parking ( not alot near condo), and the "black sludge in areas of the beach. Not sure what it is or the causes but walking out during low tide to the sand dune was tricky due to the thick black sludge, but worth it! David was responsive with issues, such as wrong door code when we arrived, and wifi info. Overall great place to stay! Good price, and good locations. Within 5 mi of anything you need! 1.5 hr from Tybee island. We really enjoyed this stay, would come back again! Thank you all for sharing your property with us!

Matthew and I had an amazing stay here! The location was beautiful by being right on the ocean. We just loved the cozy clean feel of the place. We would totally choose to stay here in the future.

This bnb was a great experience! Just a short walk to the beach, which was amazing. Alex was very responsive and a great helper when we needed it. His home was beautiful and clean. I would stay again!

This Air BNB was actually the first that my wife and I have ever stayed at, and it very much exceeded our. expectations. The parking, access, cleanliness and amenities were exactly as described and very convenient. The Town of Bluffton is a wonderful place in and of itself, but this location is very much walkable to all the local restaurants, pubs, shops, and coffee shops, and quite literally just down the block from several of them. One of the best features is that it is also just a few blocks from the water front (May River). Anything that you can't find near this rental is just a quick 5 minute drive away, and Hilton Head island is literally a 15-20 minute drive. My wife and I will DEFINITELY be returning to this awesome little vacation spot!

Our family had a wonderful stay at Barefoot Retreat. It had everything we needed for meals in, including kids dishes which we appreciated. Our favorite part was the screened in balcony where we could enjoy meals and relax, even if it was lightly raining. The location within the property is perfect, right next to the pool and a very short walk to the beach. It’s also a short drive to anywhere else on the island we wanted to go to. Luis and Heather were very communicative hosts and even have a page in their guide with restaurant suggestions. We would love to stay again.

This is one of the best rentals we’ve ever stayed in. We were two families of four, plus one couple, and none of us could be more happy with our time there. If you’re looking to stay in Hilton Head, don’t hesitate to stay here - it’s perfect!

My husband and I have been using vacation rentals for the last eight years, and Alli’s takes the cake. Most importantly to me, it was extremely clean. You can tell everything gets washed, you can see the cleaning lines on the couch. Additionally, it truly is so close to the beach, local restaurants and shops. We adventured throughout the area quite a bit and were so grateful for the location of our stay in relation to where the going-ons were. The outdoor shower post-beach was a game changer for our young kids. While the mosquitos can be major pests at times, the screened-in porch gives you the perfect protection while still enjoying the beautiful outdoor weather—and perfect for summer thunderstorms! All in all, we loved our stay!

We loved our stay in Hilton Head! The condo was so convenient to the beach and pool area, as well as a nice, shaded playground for our daughter. Zach and Allison were super responsive and I appreciated their suggestions on places to check out!

Beautiful home! Nice neighborhood. A really good in between spot for the beach and downtown Savannah. House is fully stocked with all of the supplies you could need. 10/10.

Really cozy and everything was exactly ad described. Everything was very clean and the kitchen well equipped. Totally met our expectations and we will definitely be staying there again :)

The condo was very comfortable, clean, and spacious. The location was perfect, in the center of the island with many restaurants and activities close by. We really enjoyed our stay here!

We had an amazing week stay at Stephanie’s place! The unit had everything we needed to cook meals, drink coffee on the balcony, and work from home. We loved the amenities on the resort- pickleball and tennis, the pool/pool bar, the beach access, trivia at the restaurant on site. We brought our own bikes, but you can rent bikes from the resort as well. We biked down the Coligny Plaza one afternoon and biked on the beach at sunset one evening. Phenomenal!! Stephanie was a great host! We would definitely return!

Diane’s place was an excellent decision for my family of 5 (6, 3, 6 months). The beach was roughly a 10 minute was with lugging 2 wagons. She had everything we needed. Groceries were also able to be delivered right to the door from Kroger. She responded very quickly and politely. Highly recommend.

This place was AWESOME! The resort had a little bit of everything. We always had something to do to keep the kids busy. The place: Perfectly described and had everything we needed. High chair, portable crib, baby spoons, beach wagon, beach essentials, etc. We hardly had to bring any of our *extra* stuff because they had it already. The location: The location of the condo was great as far as Hilton Head goes. Close to everything - within 10-20 minutes. We didn’t go very far, but everything was right where we needed it. Beach access: The WORST walk to the beach 😅 The beach wagon was great, but with 2 toddlers, it was LONG. There is a shuttle that goes back and forth, but half the time it was closed. That was our biggest complaint. The Hosts: AMAZING. The best hosts we’ve ever had in our years with AirBnB. Multiple messages sent to prepare us, made sure we got there, made sure we got home safely, and so much more. Simply amazing. I wish they could host all of our trips.

Michelle's place was exactly as described. It was all that we were looking for when we were looking for accommodations at Hilton Head, SC. We wanted the place to be within walking distance from the beach, restaurants, and shopping, it was exactly that! The beach was so close you could hear it from the balcony! We so enjoyed being able to be at the beach in minutes from where we were staying. It was terrific that Michelle's place also had an elevator to utilize to bring up luggage and groceries! The rental was very clean too, and there was very little to do before we departed. Plus, everyone was very respectful about the quiet hours requirement. The rental was comfy for my husband and myself, and we enjoyed walking on the beach, walking to the restaurants, and shops in the area. Michelle was a fantastic host that was very responsive and gave us some terrific recommendations for the area. We plan to return area and explore other parts of Hilton head, SC.

This was our first time to Hilton Head Island and this place checked all the boxes! Oceanfront, beach, walking and biking paths, and very peaceful and quiet.

This was our first stay at an Airbnb. The Villa was comfortable and had a retro beach vibe. The place was very neat and clean upon arrival. It was a great choice for myself and my husband to kick off my retirement. Amazing beach views!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Hilton Head Beach & Tennis Resort! Tracy’s place is a perfect distance to the beach and pool. We enjoyed most of the day on the beach, followed by a break at the pool and Jamaica Joez. The ice cream stand and virgin daiquiris were a huge hit. The condo itself was perfect for our family of 3. Came went enough towels, dish soap, and such to get us through the week without having to do laundry. Bathroom was spacious and nice to get ready. TVs easy to operate and great WiFi. We ate every meal on the porch! Only a couple recommendations for your travel- if you are a light sleeper, maybe bring a noise machine- we did get woken up a couple of times by people talking late in the hallway. It was Memorial Day Weekend so probably not super common, and it wasn’t every night! Also if you have young kids, bring plastic plates and bowls. We were a nervous wreck making sure we didn’t break any glass/ceramic ware! Overall a terrific stay and hope to come back!
