The one-room apartment is within walking distance of the main train station (approx. 15 minutes). Osnabrück city center is about 15 - 20 minutes walk, or six minutes by metro bus. In our apartment you use your own shower room and your own kitchenette. You have two sleeping options: a box spring bed (width: 140 cm) and a sofa bed (width: 100 cm). We, the hosts, live in the same building and are available for any questions you may have.

Our apartment "Birke" sleeps 4 people and is quietly and comfortably located in a private cul-de-sac. Due to the central location, you can easily reach everything on beautiful paths in 3-5 minutes on foot: the picturesque old town with many cafes and restaurants, the bakery or the well-stocked grocery store - everything is just around the corner! The apartment is centrally located in Borgholzhausen and yet very quiet in a cul-de-sac in a residential area with single-family houses. All shops serving everyday needs are within walking distance (baker also on Sundays!). Fantastic hiking trails start right by the house.
