The loft has electric heat and portable AC. There are 18 steps to get to the loft, for two people. Not kid proof. No pets accepted.

Located above the garage, this unit includes two bedrooms, (1 with a queen bed and 1 with a full bed with full trundle) and a bathroom. The views of the hills are incredible. UPDATE: There is NO stove. Other ways to cook are provided e.g. air fryer/instant pot, hot plate, microwave, toaster, gas grill) PLEASE NOTE: There is NO TV in the suite. The WiFi is EXCELLENT
