Soak up in the hot-tub, sit by the firepit, and enjoy a nice night of slumber in our SOLAR powered home with car charging. Stay at the lower level of our renovated house. It has 3 BR and 2 BA(1King, 2Queens). You can see some mountains from the hot tub during winter. We have fast internet, a kitchenette, washer-dryer. ~30 minutes away from the Lookout mountains and the Red Rocks. Parking is available in the driveway/street. We live in the upper half. No need to take out trash at check out.

With three spacious upstairs bedrooms, main-floor bedroom with full bath, a comfortable kitchen, and an extraordinary living space suitable to accommodate anyone, and last but not least there is a beautiful, spacious backyard meant for outdoor fun. It is also near town center with restaurants, parks, a public library, hiking trails, and more things for daily needs. In addition, it is less than half an hour away from the Rocky Mountains, I-70, and ski resorts.
