Vacation rentals with a patio in High Falls

Had a great stay! Very clean, bigger than we thought it would be, very responsive and friendly host, we would stay here again!

This is a charming studio apartment on the bottom floor of a house. We had our own porch and entrance was easy with the electronic keypad. The place itself is an a very good location just a minute walk from the main street of Beacon. Andrea was kind enough to let us check out a little late which helped us with our travel plans. Recommended.

Our 2nd time staying here and it was as fantastic as the first!

John and Emma's place is exactly as described. It is neat and comfortable. You can tell they put a lot of care into making the place feel welcoming. It is on a busy corner so that might be off-putting to some, but it was fairly quiet on the days we were there. You are able to walk to town to many restaurants, shops, and ice cream and there is a big grocery store just down the road.

Constanza and Bill’s place was everything we could hope for. It was extremely clean and had all the amenities we needed. Constanza was also very responsive and helpful when it came to questions. The location was also very convenient for hiking and dining at local restaurants. We felt right at home and will definitely be back if we’re ever looking to stay in Beacon again :)

We really enjoyed our three nights at this apartment in Catskill. It’s right at the end of Main Street, walking distance to a bunch of nice restaurants cafes and shops. A comfortable space for two people, reasonably priced, and charming decorations. Jenna responded quickly when we had questions. This is a good base to explore the town and the region from.

Loved staying here with my wife, two kids and dog. Large fenced in back yard, beautiful setting and great central location that’s really close to Main Street stone ridge, High falls, breweries in Accord, minnewaska state park and Kingston. Very clean and spacious home that’s stocked with kitchen and bathroom essentials. Comfortable beds and amazing book collection to read from. Hope to stay here again.

Michael and Nick's Meadow House was one of the absolute best Airbnb stays we have ever enjoyed! It's truly a dream home with everything you will need for your stay. Standout details included a comfy bed, a dream kitchen with everything you'll need to cook your meals, spa-like bathroom, and a cozy fireplace that you can light with the push of a button. The views from every room are stunning and peaceful. We enjoyed coffee and birdsong on the porch every morning. We saw lots of birds, deer, chipmunks and woodchucks. And it's a short drive to lots of trails and charming towns. We had a welcome note and snacks waiting for us on our arrival. Michael was so friendly, responsive, and gave lots of fantastic recommendations. He was also so helpful with all our questions and a work emergency that came up for me. We were dreaming of returning for a longer stay before we had even left.

We had a wonderful long weekend. The house is beautiful--old but with modern update. We loved the layout, especially for our young children, and the playroom was a huge plus. We kept warm by the fire, both in the living room and outside on the patio. The large yard was very pleasant to sit and enjoy each other's company and let the kids run around. Very private setting. (Just note the house is right on a fairly busy road and you do hear cars with windows open in the master). Beds are very comfortable. Sauna was wonderful. Host is very responsive. Would happily return.

This is a lovely house, which is much larger on the inside than it appears from the outside. It would be perfect for a family or a girls weekend or a few couples. Marisa was very responsive when we had any questions.

Beautiful property in the best location in Catskills region. Whoever did interior design deserves an award. Definitely recommend and would come back again myself!

What an excellent stay - this airbnb was incredibly well stocked with kitchen supplies, games, extra linens, really anything that one could want. Amenities were high quality and very thoughtful.

Clean & bright accommodations, kitchen wonderful to cook in, beds and pillows top notch, and everything was super clean, uncluttered yet warm. The big surprise was the beautiful porch, rear deck and back yard- gorgeous trees, stone ledges on hill, hundreds of daffodils in bloom, very peaceful place to stay. Stoneridge has a good coffee shop and a few restaurants, Rosendale & New Paltz a short drive away. Holly was a terrific host, providing a list of nearby restaurants and groceries, quickly answering text message on how to operate the induction range (easy), and made us feel right at home. Would definitely stay here again.

This house was absolutely spectacular. The gorgeous, architectural design highlighted its natural surroundings while providing all the thoughtful comforts of a home away from home. Each window is carefully placed to frame the greenery and let in the perfect amount of light throughout the day. From the steam shower to the towels to the linens, the amenities provided were comparable to those offered at a luxury hotel. The hosts were super responsive and welcoming. We couldn’t recommend it more!

The house was beautiful. My friends and i had a great stay. The hang out place on third floor was best. The rooms were cozy and the porch was the best part. Would definitely recommend.

It’s a great little apartment — super clean, well equipped with all the basic necessities, tasteful, well thought out decor, a really pleasant place to be, right on the mountain. Small, but perfect for a couple or small family ski weekend. I would definitely recommend and would love to go back.

The location was very peaceful and comfortable. It has a great view of the mountains in the background. The place had everything you needed and was very clean and had cabin like qualities. Very beautiful inside and outside as well. The host was very kind and responded right away to any questions I had.

My friends and I really enjoyed our stay. We hiked the devils path trail and Dimitry’s place was perfectly close to the trail and the restaurants around it. His place was great to go back to with a great shower and bath, a beautiful view and very cozy place, with coffee and a coffee maker. Very clean and Dimitry was responsive the whole way through and checkin and out was very easy. Would highly recommend and would stay again.

We recently stayed at Andrew's condo, and it was nothing short of amazing! The location couldn't be better – right next to the slopes with easy accessibility to the mountain and the ski rental place. We were a group of two families, totaling 6 kids and 4 adults, and the condo was the perfect accommodation for our ski trip. The kids were thrilled with their bunkbed rooms, each equipped with their own TVs, providing a cozy and entertaining space for them to unwind after a day on the slopes. The condo itself was beautifully decorated, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. There was plenty of room for all of us to relax and spend quality time together. The highlight for both kids and adults was undoubtedly the hot tub and pool. After a day of skiing, it was pure bliss to soak in the hot tub and enjoy the breathtaking views. A special shoutout to Andrew, our fantastic host! He was incredibly responsive and welcoming, ensuring that our stay was comfortable and stress-free.

Perfectly set up and spotless. The unit is supplied with everything you could possibly need. By far the best organized, supplied and clean Airbnb we have ever stayed in.

Great place right next to the mountain. Had plenty of space for my family, and more beds then some of the other townhouses we've stayed at next to Hunter which was nice
