This is a 110 sqm, 2-story house for rent, a 3-minute walk from Furukawa Bridge Station on the Keihan Line. (Not a shared house) There is a large living room, dining room, and full kitchen on the first floor, 4 bedrooms on the second floor, and toilets on the first and second floors. There is parking in front of the house and a smoking area. It is 20 minutes from the Meishin Suita IC and 10 minutes from the Daini-Keihan Sakaimon-Masu IC. There are two supermarkets, AEON and SATAKE (both 2 minutes on foot) near this rental house. There are also many restaurants and convenience stores, so you can have a pleasant stay without any problems, whether it's a short trip or a long stay. It is convenient to use the Keihan train and various trains to get to tourist destinations such as Osaka city, Kyoto, Nara, and Kobe. It is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, but there is a convenience store, drug store, and supermarket within 5 minutes, which is very convenient. It is located at the foot of Mt. Ikoma, and you can see the Osaka plain from the observation deck. I will introduce you to recommended tourist spots and restaurants. Transportation to and from the nearest station is free at check-in and check-out. In addition, we will pick up and drop off guests in Osaka and Nara for an additional fee. The Home Check-in: 5 pm -　 Check-out: 10 am We will discuss check-in and check-out times with you. We can also discuss pets. I will give you the key in person.
