This is a 110 sqm, 2-story house for rent, a 3-minute walk from Furukawa Bridge Station on the Keihan Line. (Not a shared house) There is a large living room, dining room, and full kitchen on the first floor, 4 bedrooms on the second floor, and toilets on the first and second floors. There is parking in front of the house and a smoking area. Our sister guest house, JAPAKU@KADOMA 05, is also available for rent. 　 It is 70 minutes from Kansai Airport, 40 minutes from Shin-Osaka, and 55 minutes from Itami Airport. It is 20 minutes from the Meishin Suita IC and 10 minutes from the Daini-Keihan Sakaimon-Masu IC. There are two supermarkets, AEON and SATAKE (both 2 minutes on foot) near this rental house. There are also many restaurants and convenience stores, so you can have a pleasant stay without any problems, whether it's a short trip or a long stay. It is convenient to use the Keihan train and various trains to get to tourist destinations such as Osaka city, Kyoto, Nara, and Kobe. Nice to meet you, I'm your host, Shingo. I enjoy solo touring by motorbike using Airbnb. So I also used Airbnb. It is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, but there is a convenience store, drug store, and supermarket within 5 minutes, which is very convenient. It is located at the foot of Mt. Ikoma, and you can see the Osaka plain from the observation deck. I will introduce you to recommended tourist spots and restaurants. Transportation to and from the nearest station is free at check-in and check-out. In addition, we will pick up and drop off guests in Osaka and Nara for an additional fee. The Home Check-in: 5 pm -　 Check-out: 10 am We will discuss check-in and check-out times with you. We can also discuss pets. I will give you the key in person.
