Idyllic cottage by the river

We were there for an extended period of time. The location is fantastic, you can sit right by the water in sunshine and enjoy a coffee and watch the ships. The dog also felt comfortable and was able to run around freely. The back of the garden is fenced. The neighborhood is very nice and very helpful. Apart from a pizzeria and a grill snack bar, there is unfortunately no way to eat and drink somewhere in the evening, unless you drive 10 km further, but since we had a bicycle with us, (there are also two available there) that was no problem for us and you can find out in advance what you want to do in the area, or what is offered. As Simone has already described for 1.90 m tall people, like we are, it was a challenge upstairs, but we knew that before, because it was in the listing. All in all, a beautiful cottage, rustically furnished and in the kitchen everything is available and a very nice hostess.

We had a wonderful four days with our dog. The desire for peace and quiet was able to more than fulfill the tiny house and hospitality. We had fresh eggs and a small but fine breakfast available every morning. Daisy felt more than comfortable and was allowed to borrow all the toys and be a dog. We will definitely be back and would love to give more stars.

A beautiful little cottage in a charming town right on the canal! The historic craft house has been renovated with a lot of love for detail and is tastefully furnished – a perfect blend of old and new. You can immediately feel how much passion and dedication has gone into this special place. We felt completely comfortable and would be happy to come back!
