This lovely apartment, located on the first floor, has beautiful views over the countryside, is right on the water and offers plenty of privacy. Through the front door, you enter a spacious hall where you walk up the stairs and enter the apartment. Through the hallway, you reach the bedroom with a comfortable double box spring bed. Opposite the bedroom is the toilet with the spacious bathroom next to it. At the end of the hallway is the spacious cozy living room with kitchen and also two sleeping places.

Romantic, heated, spacious shepherd's hut with bathroom, toilet and kitchen. Cosy box-bed, comfortable couch, TV incl. Netflix and Amazon Prime. In Summer the (shared) pool can be used by guests. The jacuzzi can be booked separately for €30 per 2 h. All in the peaceful countryside with a view of storks in the season. All you need for the perfect getaway can be found here or in the area. The nature reserve Weerribben-Wieden is only 3 km away and Giethoorn a 20-min. drive. We have rental bikes.

We would like to welcome you to our sustainable and smoke-free bed & breakfast on the water! Apartment Grutto is located on the 2nd floor and can accommodate up to 4 people, with living room/kitchen with sofa bed, separate bedroom and bathroom. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with every comfort. There is plenty of parking space. Furthermore, we are easily accessible by public transportation (5 minutes' walk). There is also a sandy beach on the Tjeukemeer within a 5-minute walk.

The house with a large garden is situated at a unique spot at the IJsselmeer, overlooking not only the harbour but also a bird sanctuary. The little town is only a 10 minutes walk away. BBQ, fireplace that holds a pizza oven.. All is on the ground floor, without thresholds. The kitchen is fully equipped: dishwasher, combination steam-oven, ceramic cooking plate and other kitchen tools. No pets are allowed.

On the border between Leeuwarden and the village of Goutum, the accommodation is located in our spacious backyard with full privacy. The cycling distance (2 bicycles and tandem available) to the city center is less than 10 minutes. On the west side, a terrace of about 16 m2 is equipped with furniture where you can enjoy the last rays of the sun until late evening. The location is located on open water, you can fish and swim in summer and use the canoe.

From the love-seat you can watch TV or the fireplace (heating) and you have it cozy in the winter or you can sit outside on the terrace by the water in the summer to daydream, read or play games.
