De ligging is centraal ten opzichte van Leeuwarden, Harlingen, en Franeker. Alle kamers bevinden zich op de begane grond. De open keuken met oven en eettafel is verbonden met de woonkamer. De tuin is omgeven door een omheining en coniferen zijn tot 2 m hoog voor volledige privacy.

Come and enjoy the tranquility, nature and views over the meadow. Our Cozy Tiny house is equipped with every comfort. Dronrijp is a stone's throw away from Leeuwarden, Franeker (planetarium) and Harlingen where you can make the crossing to the islands of Terschelling or Vlieland. Four-legged friends are welcome! There are fences around the garden. We live 12 meters from the accommodation. We have 2 sweet sheep Cotton and Binkie and 7 walking ducks. Please do not feed the animals.

Het huisje is onder architectuur ingericht en van alle gemakken voorzien. Op het rustige park, is een speeltuin, zwembad met kinderbad, 2 tennisbanen, een snackbar en restaurant. In de omgeving kan je heerlijk wandelen, fietsen, shoppen in Harlingen, Leeuwarden, Franeker en kleine dorpjes en overvaren naar Terschelling of Vlieland.

Experience a varied holiday in this comfortable holiday home with 3 bedrooms (one barrier-free bedroom on the ground floor) in the best location with a view. On the ground floor there is the spacious dining and living room with wooden floors (underfloor heating), couch, smart TV and electric fireplace. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, stove, oven + microwave. The beds are made and towels are provided. A private hot tub with massage jets is available for use.

Both homes have a private Jacuzzi & Sauna in the basement, which completes the wellness.
