This ground floor studio is located in a converted warehouse within the city walls. It was converted in 2018 so the interior is in great order and the exterior looks onto water views. With a 5 minute walk to the main historic area/main shopping area and a 2 minute walk to major supermarkets, the studio is well connected. Wifi included. Modern studio annex to 1850s cottage with its own access, close to to the stunning city of York. Looks onto big family garden, feels like a country retreat but only 20-25 minutes' easy and beautiful river walk from city centre. Well behaved pets welcome.
