We live in the countryside with lots of greenery and fresh air and free spirit and are open to guests. The bake house, with traditional furnishings, wood-burning stove, sleeping loft and completely timeless comfort, is located separately on the property. Next to the residential building (40 m away) is the modern bathhouse for the exclusive use of our guests. In our house, we read a lot, philosophize, drink good wine and take care of the essentials in life, purely minimalist! Adventure instead of luxury.

Spectacular one-room experience (#6)

The south facing boiler house has an area of approximately 70m2 and an open sleeping area on the gallery. There is a living and dining area with an open, fully equipped kitchen as well as a bathroom and a private terrace. The ground floor is fully accessible. The house has been completely renovated and combines old and new design elements. It is part of the historic "Schleiferei Zwei" estate. It is located in a secluded spot in the beautiful Siebertal, right next to the Harz National Park.

Our apartment in the cozy "New Country Style" invites you to relax and unwind. Enjoy the outdoor sauna in the immediate vicinity of the apartment terrace. Discover the South Harz region with many beautiful hiking and cycling trails as well as wellness options. Within walking distance you can reach the nature reserve Hainholz-Beierstein. Ski lifts, bike parks and summer toboggan run are about 35 minutes away by car. Dogs up to a shoulder height of 40 cm and short-haired breeds are allowed.

Lütte Hütte

From May 10th to June 24th, façade work will be carried out on the building. During this period, scaffolding will be erected around the house. The flat is lovingly furnished and has a large balcony with a breathtaking view. Situated a few hundred metres away from St. Andreasberg, it is wonderfully quiet, yet everything is within walking distance. The access road is unfortunately a bit bumpy, but easily passable at low speed. Please use Maps to find out more about the location.

Welcome to our apartment "Sicasa" in Schulenberg in the wonderful Harz Mountains. We renovated the apartment in 2024 after more than a year with a lot of love for detail. On 43 m², a modern and light-flooded accommodation awaits you, which convinces with its stylish furnishings and a fantastic view. The minimalist decor with subtle colors, lots of natural light and warm wood accents creates a quiet atmosphere to unwind.

Your accommodation is on the ground floor of a farmhouse built around 1900. The courtyard with garden is available for you to share. On about 75 m², a spacious, modernly furnished eat-in kitchen, a bathroom and two bedrooms offer plenty of space to relax. The fast fiber optic connection also makes comfortable working possible. The kitchen is equipped with an induction stove, dishwasher, fridge, kettle and coffee machine.

Charming basement apartment in a quiet location.✨ Our lovingly renovated basement apartment offers a cozy retreat. It was furnished with a lot of dedication and has a modern yet warm style. We, that is Maurice, our two sons and I, live in the house ourselves. 🔑 The apartment has a separate entrance and you can, if you like, easily remove the key from a key box. I will also be happy to welcome you personally.

This is how to stay on vacation: Three double bedrooms and three shower rooms, a superbly equipped kitchen, fireplace, dining room, small pantry kitchen on the slope, a large furnished terrace area and a fantastic view of the Harz Mountains from everywhere. A double bedroom and a shower room are located on the sloping floor and are accessible via a rustic staircase from the first floor.

Apartment in the "Villa Sonnenschein"

You will move into a granny apartment with bathroom and kitchenette in my house in a quiet location on the outer city wall. A fully automatic coffee machine, a microwave, a Dominokochfeld and a fridge with freezer compartment are part of the kitchen equipment as well as dishes for up to 6 people. The cozy and modern apartment is on the first floor and has its own garden access.

Hausbergblick

The house is centrally located in Bad Lauterberg - within walking distance you are in a few minutes in the beautiful shopping street "Boulevard", with its many shops, cafes and restaurants, as in the spa park or at the chairlift to the local mountain. Hiking and cycling tours can be started directly from the house, as well as with the well-developed public transport.
