The location is ideal for cycling and swimming also in the Wörth and Pilsen lakes. The centre can be reached on foot in 6 Min.. Munich can be reached in ca. 25 Min. (35 km), Neuschwanstein and Zugspitze in approx. 90 Min.

Two-story 54 sqm apartment in Widdersberg near Herrsching, nestled in beautiful nature. A cozy apartment with private entrance, east terrace, garden and west balcony in a very quiet location on the outskirts of town, ideally suited for 1-2 adults. Ecological construction, very high-quality furnishings with attention to detail. Walking, hiking, cycling, swimming, excursions to the mountains, art and culture in the surrounding area and Munich, or just sitting in the garden and relaxing.

Cozy apartment in Dießen am Ammersee

Cozy apartment on the first floor with a private terrace. Lakeside facilities, shopping and restaurants - all within walking distance in 7-8 minutes. Bathing area with kiosk about 1.5 km (accessible via car-free foot and bike path). From November to approx. the beginning of April, there is a beautiful lake view through the trees with magnificent sunrises. And from April to October, we are surrounded by lots of greenery and a beautiful view of the protected landscape area.

The house on the lake belongs to my wife and me. My son and his wife coordinate the rental for us (co-hosts). The lower apartment in the house is rented, the upper one we use occasionally. We look forward to welcoming you as guests in the upper apartment. Here you can rent SUPs and bicycles or take beautiful hikes. By S-Bahn train, you are in Munich in 30 minutes for a city stroll.

Umgeben von Vogelgezwitscher, Ziegen, Hühnern, und unserem Collie kann man das Landleben genießen. Dolce vita, einfach die Seele baumeln. Im Winter gibt es kein fließend Wasser!!Es steht ein Wasserkanister bereit. Bitte beachten! Im Häuschen nebenan befindet sich die Trockentoilette und Infrarotkabine.

It is a bedroom of about 13 square meters, a cozy small kitchen, with table and chairs and a bathroom with tub, toilet and shower. The bedroom as well as the kitchen have access to the balcony and terrace, overlooking Lake Ammersee. There is also a patio to relax in the adjoining wooded area, which also belongs to the apartment. The car can be parked in the underground garage. A footpath leads to the lake and beach promenade in 10 minutes

Time out Herrsching-3 room apartment near the lake

Take some time out and spend a nice holiday at the Ammersee and in the 5 lakes region or stay in the Starnberg area for business purposes. Book our new 3 room flat (89sqm) with fully furnished and new high quality fitted kitchen. From the balcony you have an indirect view of the Ammersee and in only 4 minutes on foot you are already at the longest lake promenade in Germany. The S-Bahn (S8 Munich and airport) is a 15-minute walk away.

Quiet and cozy apartment in Augsburg

My place is in a quiet residential area in the Hammerschmiede. Augsburg city center (Rathausplatz) is about 4.5 km away and can be reached in about 15 minutes by car. A public bus connection is close by. The A8 motorway connection (Munich-Stuttgart) is only 2.6 km away. Many family-friendly activities are offered (zoo, Augsburg doll box, etc.). My place is great for couples, solo travelers, adventurers, and business travelers.

The apartment in an apartment building is a 5-minute walk from Lake Ammersee. Access is via 59 steps up and 40 steps down - which also makes your stay a training camp! The 1-room apartment has a sofa bed (mattress on slatted frame, 1.4 * 2 m) and a new kitchenette (no oven, 2 hotplates, microwave, fridge). Workation at the Ammersee? No problem: a workplace by the window allows you to combine the necessary with the pleasant.
