Separate entrance but shares walls with host/other guests. Expect household “motion” (Hotel type…but cleaner and cuter!) No Pets or children. Brand New queen sleeper sofa! This cozy basement apartment boasts all the comforts of home and a stylish designer look. It has reasonably close proximity to the mountains, ski resorts, LDS temples, USANA Amphitheater, Hale Center Theatre, Mountain America Expo Center, America First Field, and Salt Lake City center. The full, eat-in kitchen allows you to cook if you choose. We continue to add requested appliances for our guests.
