Located in Worblaufen 5 mins with the train to Bern. It is a quiet building and our apartment is on the third floor. The beautiful river Aare is 2 minutes away from the apartment to swim in summer or enjoy a long walk. Please be advised that two rooms in our apartment are closed & private and are not part of the rental but NOT in use during your stay with us. I stayed here before my flight from Zurich. The host was kind and welcoming. They explained the amenities and what can be done around the area. The room was quite spacious and pretty, and next door to the main apartment on the same floor, so it felt quiet and private. The bathroom was actually in the main apartment, but it was accessible and did not bother me much. It is four station and like 30 minute walk away from Bern station, but I love walking and ended up walking all the way through the river to the centre. I wish I could stay a bit longer.

We’ve had a wonderful stay. Josef and Brandl are very kind and what we call in Holland ‘gezellig’. We didn’t know the area very well and Josef was there to help us with ‘must sees’. The room is just as the pictures and they have a beautiful garden, they offer a variation of coffee, thee and sparkling water free of charge. Unfortunately we had rain, but it’s a perfect place to unwind with a glas of wine. Altogether a 5/5.

We had a wonderful one-week stay at Peter & Christine’s home! The place was exactly as shown in the photos—if not even better. Spotlessly clean, cozy, and beautifully maintained, it immediately felt like a home away from home. Peter provided very clear and detailed instructions for our arrival, and the flexible check-in made everything even easier. Both Peter and Christine were incredibly kind and thoughtful throughout our stay. They even went the extra mile by suggesting the best days to visit tourist spots based on the weather forecast—something we really appreciated and which made a big difference in our trip! The place was nice, Alberto always responded with any queries I had. We had stayed for one night at his place and we had a good time there. He gave very clear and many instructions which we followed during our stay. The location of the house is great as it is walkable to the tram station.
