The apartment is very large and very bright. Similar to the photos, the accommodation is airy and offers a splendid view of the St-Pierre church. The surroundings are also very pleasant and many attractions are within walking distance. Oh, and before I forget; the apartment has a long balcony along its entire facade!

Nathalie is a kind and attentive host. The apartment is located in a nice and pleasant residence, easy to access by car or on foot. The balcony exposure overlooking the sea is simply unforgettable.

Perfect for a short trip. The accommodation is quiet and close to transport that allows quick access to the city center, and easily accessible by car from the Caen ring road. Clean and tidy, with all the necessities on site. Romain's instructions are clear. The small downsides: The curtains are not 100% blackout, for those who might be bothered by the morning light... And beware of arrivals at night, everything is done independently and it's a bit of a treasure hunt to find the lockbox. Cluttered shower but the problem will probably be solved by the owner.

We used their place as a base for 3 nights to visit the museums, tapestry, and Saturday market--all within walking distance. We also toured the Normandy beaches and the Place de Quebec (where many tours pickup) is just a 5 minute walk away. Wonderful shops, restaurants, things to see and do--we wanted to stay longer! The washer/dryer was so helpful on our month long tour!

Very nice stay, good bedding. I'm sorry I wasn't able to communicate with Julie. Airbnb requires us to go through them and I can never connect, it's too complicated. Before, I always had the host's phone. A bad point for Airbnb.

We had a great time in this studio, everything was clean, the amenities offered are perfect and the sea view from the balcony is incredible :) It's easy to park for free in front of the residence and the center of Cabourg is nearby. I recommend it and would love to come back!

We were very happy at this residence. It was clean and had plenty of space. Would be nice to have a place to hang up clothing but otherwise perfect for us. Safe surroundings and walkable. Anaelle and Evelyne were responsive to any questions we had and very friendly when we met them on one occasion. We would gladly stay here again in the future.

nice apartment, everything you need. The garden was great in the great weather. The landlady is super nice, always writing to see if everything is okay. We walked to the sea about 2km if at all, so a great location. The city was very close. We are happy to recommend it. There's nothing to complain about, always happy to come back. We spent one perfect week at Mathieu’s place and had an absolutely terrific experience! If you’re looking for an apartment in Bayeux, this is where you want to stay, hands down. The location is perfectly situated for walking to shops, markets, and cafes in the old town center and is also centrally-located for exploring the Normandy area. The apartment is inviting, peaceful, and clean with a comfortable bed. We especially enjoy livable locations where we can hear the church bells ring, and this was no exception at Mathieu’s place since the cathedral is just down the street (with a stunning view from the family room window). The bells add to the ambiance and experience, and fear not for they don’t ring through the night so your sleep isn’t interrupted. Only good things to say about this place!

We loved our stay in Villiers-Sur-Mer. Check-in was easy, the flat is lovely and so close to the beach. You can hear the sea from the bedrooms. The stairs are worth it for the lovely view - we had a 1 year old with us and it was fine. Thanks!

The owner was very accommodating. She allowed us to get the apartment a little earlier! Apartment was very modern, clean and well-equipped. Wifi worked perfectly well. Next year, we'll go back.

We had a great time, in a really quiet apartment, with a nice relaxing view, all in a very nice and wooded residence. The apartment itself is as advertised in the photos: bright, extremely clean, well arranged and carefully decorated. And the hospitality is perfect, between the small touches and the guide left available. We immediately felt at home, thank you for this stay!

The concierge, Mr. Chrétien, welcomed us warmly. He is really friendly, smiling and gave us some great tips on places to visit in Cabourg. We easily found a parking space on the street. The apartment, located on the 2nd floor, is clean and bright. The bed is comfortable, as is the sofa. The rest is also very good, except for a small flaw: the toilets are really cramped and difficult to access. Outside, the green spaces are well maintained and the pool, in full sun, is really excellent!

Studio in a quiet and pleasant private residence, 2 minutes from downtown Cabourg and the sea. Clean and tidy, ideal for couples or solo for short stays. Enjoy your stay in Normandy:)

Very pleasant accommodation, splendid view of the sea and the setting sun, direct access to the sea (less frequented area than the surrounding areas), everything needed for baby equipment. Marie is very caring and concerned that our stay goes well (stay guide document, messages, responsiveness, etc.). We thank him and recommend this listing!

This is our second time coming to this apartment and if we come back to Cabourg, we will come back without a problem. Ideally placed, a magnificent view of the sea and direct access to the superb Marcel Proust promenade.

Just back from a wonderful mini break at Thys beautiful apartment that overlooks the see and the port. The space is well laid out and has everything that you need. Highly recommended

Hi The property was great for the 2 of us and as with us was ideal for motorcycles as it has underground secure parking with a lift opposite straight up to the apartment . 15-20 minute walk along the sea front into Cabourg . I would have liked normal beds but the fold down couches were also ok . I would stay there again .
