Beautiful apartment, very well-kept, in the center of Caen a few steps from the castle, it has a well-stocked kitchen, a sofa bed, a bedroom with a very comfortable bed and a bathroom with everything you need. Lots of restaurants and clubs nearby. Also close to tram stop. Perfect!

Ingrid was very responsive and easy to communicate with anytime we had questions. The apartment was extremely clean and well organized. It was easy walk to train station and in the heart of many bakeries, restaurants and stores. A perfect choice for a stay in Caen.

Great stay at Morgan's apartment, quiet and well located with immediate access to the center of Caen. Lots of personality in the layout and in the very neat and successful decoration in the smallest detail for a chic and friendly result. High quality of all amenities. We are a family of four and loved our stay at this unit. It’s been nicely remodeled and very clean. The unit is in a nice location, across from the bell tower and easy walks to the city center with restaurants and shopping. Leila was a perfect host — kind, and responsive. We would absolutely stay here again!

Sebastien is a great host who went out of his way to help, providing clear instructions for arrival and was available during our stay. Great location and amazing view of the city.

We are delighted to have stayed for 3 nights in Robin's accommodation. The accommodation is located in the center of Caen, close to shops, bars and restaurants: everything is within walking distance and it is really appreciable. The view of the castle is superb: waking up and falling asleep with this view makes this accommodation exceptional. The space is spacious and matches the photos. In addition, it is very clean and the good quality of the bedding is appreciable after a day of walking. The secure parking space offered a few minutes' walk away is a real plus! The welcome for the handover of the keys was clear and appreciable. We would definitely recommend the accommodation and we will definitely come back here, if we come back to Caen.

Hello! This apartment was everything I needed for my three month stay in Caen. I loved the location as it was walking distance to the center city, a beautiful park, the Abbaye, and the castle. The hosts were very kind and responsive and the apartment came with basic needs such as towels, pots and pans, cups, and utensils. I loved the view out of the window. It is quite a small space but worked great for what I needed living on my own for a bit. I recommend this place!

Apartment close to services and attractions as well as bus stops. Matches photos and spacious enough for a long stay (I stayed almost a month). Aurélien is a great host, despite the small wifi problems during an evening/night the problem was quickly resolved. My stay was almost perfect because, on the other hand, the students were particularly noisy in the street and below the apartment throughout my stay (between the end of May and mid-June; probably because the exams were over), until late at night. For those who are sensitive to noise, wear earplugs.

Nacim offered us a very cozy apartment, recently renovated. Access by the pedestrian street, located on the 3rd floor, spacious bedrooms, one overlooking the pedestrian street. Very convenient bathroom and living area. We were 2 couples and are happy to have stayed in Caen. I recommend it. Juliet

We had a lovely time in this apartment! Everything was perfect! The location is perfect, restaurant and shop within walking distance. The host is very responsive and kind.

We loved this peaceful retreat, the pool and hot tub are a real plus despite the proximity to the sea, we will come back to one of the other cottages in the estate with the family, that's for sure!

Accommodation taken for the weekend. I even regret not having booked 1 day earlier as I was pleasantly surprised by this apartment (used to living in a house). All to say that the accommodation is as described in the listing and even better. All the luxury and comfort of everyday life and by the way a very good coffee. Thank you to Manon. Hélène is a very nice host. His advice on nearby restaurants proved very helpful. The apartment is nice, in a good location and the jacuzzi was very appreciated, especially by our 8-year-old daughter. We highly recommend.
