Nice location !!! easy accesss!

It was great experience the only challenge was of course parking. I would have liked to be able to use the garage to park my vehicle. I ended up getting a ticket on the street.

This house is in an amazing spot. Restaurants and bars are close by. Walkable to the beach. I loved the automation in the house and everything was how it was described. Would definitely recommend anyone to stay here.

A great place to gather the family both near and far for Christmas. Very easy to get to some great beaches, restaurants, the Malibu Pier and Adamson house, canyon hike.

This place was absolutely amazing! I rented so my son and I could check the university campus. My son is moving to Long Beach from NorCal and staying at Shawn’s place made me feel less scared about the move!

We had a great stay in Newport Beach! The house was amazing and we loved how close it was to the beach and restaurants.

This place is one of the best airbnb stays I’ve ever had. Beach within walking distance, central to many things in Long Beach and a very cozy and welcoming stay. There was only one MINOR downside and I hope this doesn’t scare away anyone because this place is truly great but the lighting is very poor at night. There’s only a few lights in the entire house. I wish there was more but like I said, just a minor complaint. I’d love to stay again and I’ll be saving this location for future visits when I’m in the area!

Ann was very easy to communicate with and her place was nice and clean. My family and I had a great time staying at her place!

We had a wonderful visit at Mai's place. The kitchen had everything necessary to prepare our meals and we appreciated the amenities stocked (salt, pepper, sugar, coffee, etc). Rooms were as described and we found it very spacious for a family of 6 adults and 3 young children. Our family really enjoyed the outdoor space, especially the Koi pond sitting area. The pool was very clean and we all enjoyed our time there, especially the kids. We made use of the BBQ and had no problems getting it started. Our only suggestion would be to update the instructions for the pool as it appears the host controls this via wifi and that is not stated in the instructions for use. Overall, we loved our stay and would not hesitate to visit again! Thank you to Mike & Mai for promptly responding to any of inquiries during the stay.

We had a great stay! The house is very spacious and had all the basics we needed. I loved having enough room and closet space to totally unpack my clothes! It was wonderful to be walking distance to the beach as well as shops and restaurants, and just a short drive away from Downtown. I appreciated that there were also kid-friendly touches like plastic cups and plates, and our seven year old daughter loved the pool.

Had a wonderful stay at DJ and Brandee’s home last weekend while my mom and I were in town for the Surf City Half Marathon! The house is gorgeous and comfortable with fantastic amenities - everything was as described. It’s a short walk to downtown and was perfect location for us to get to the starting line. The pool and their big comfy couch were perfect for our post-race recovery. The kitchen is awesome; I loved cooking in it. DJ and Brandee were fantastic hosts — always responsive and kind. Really appreciated their hospitality and highly recommend staying here if you get the chance. Thank you!!!

We stayed here for our spring break with my 6 kids. Ages 23-5. We are not partiers just a family get away to relax and cook together. We booked this place based on the pool and it was worth it for us. The previous reviews were alarming about quiet hrs and it being strict but we had no problem and stayed in the pool till 945 at night. I did tell me younger 3 kids to be quiet at night to be respectful and they were for the most part but definitely got loud with their voice a few times. Great house no complaints beds were very comfy!

Place was very clean, free of clutter, big TV, clean Fridge, bright windows and quiet. love it. Farrha always answered my questions. just needs some LTC to front yard/gate and replace the number house is missing 2 numbers. will take it again

Sue’s place was perfect for my large family and I!!! We truly enjoyed being there and felt at home. The kitchen was very well equipped so we can make great meals! The area was phenomenal! If we ever came back, we’d definitely book here again!

I really enjoyed my weekend stay here in Belmont. The location is absolutely perfect with lots of good food and drinks around. The house was super clean and looked even better in person. Loved everything about this place! Great location with lots of beachy vibe things to do within walking distance. Parking in the area is challenging so appreciated that they had parking spaces. The house was open and bright and spacious with so many seating areas, inside and out, to enjoy the weather and views. Very well stocked. Josh and Gina were very welcoming, responsive and helpful! We want to come back!

Amazing location and beautiful bungalow for our family. We were able to walk to the beach, restaurants and market. It was totally worth it and would highly recommend to others.

John took us in when we lost our house in the palisades fire. I’ll never forget the kindness he showed us at this difficult time. His home made us feel at home. Mia’s place offers one of the most beautiful settings I’ve ever experienced at an AirBnB! It’s right across the street from the most beautiful beach. You can drink in the view from the front patio or from the front room with windows open to let in the lovely breeze. Mia is the most friendly host, as well. She’s available any time you need her, but she’s not intrusive. She made me feel like I belonged in the neighborhood. The bedroom is great, and the bed very comfortable—it’s set in the back and down a few steps, so you never hear any street noise at night. I can’t wait to return. I give Mia’s place my highest recommendation!
