There are two barbeque (braai ) areas, indoors and outdoors on the seaview deck. This delightful house is tucked away in a grove of trees overlooking the Vermont Saltpan,which is a bird sanctuary. Recent solar panels on the roof feed into a battery and inverter system. Loadshedding is no longer an issue. This tastefully furnished, four bedroom home, is fully equipped caters for upto 8 guests. The perfect place to getaway from it. The Saltpan is fed only by rainfall and run-off from the mountains and in years when there has been low rainfall the pan often dries out.

Andante has a seaside elegance with french inspired touches giving it a sophisticated yet relaxing atmosphere. Walking into the open-plan dining, sitting and kitchen area the laminate flooring, high ceilings and touches of blue give a sea cottage feel. The kitchen has everything you need to cook up a storm. There is a Nespresso machine, guests can bring their preferred Nespresso pods. There is a inside as well as outside bbq area. Three of the four bedrooms open onto the pool/deck area.

Out on the back stoep (porch) you’ll find your barbecue facilities under the Huilboerboon tree. The stoep area has an additional toilet and washbasin.
