Great apartment in a very nice location! The apartment is furnished with a lot of love for detail for tourists and no questions remain unanswered. We were there with 6 people for 2 nights and were very satisfied!

The entire place is beautiful, we would have loved to have moved in there. Everything is totally clean, modern, new and equipped with everything and more than you need. Large garden with sunbeds, hammock and large terrace, where you can relax and spend the day. Great kitchen and totally beautiful bedrooms. You are not far from the bus and train and thus quickly in Constance. Mario is a super friendly and accommodating host, you feel comfortable and welcome. The accommodation helped to make our stay something special. I appreciate it 😍

We stayed at Eden Cottage for 3 nights in mid June, as a family of 4 adults and our dog. Big thanks to our host Martina, who was very prompt and supportive with any of our requests. Checking into the house was very easy, and all house rules were clearly communicated. A Things-To-Do folder made it easy for spontaneous activity ideas. The house is well located in the countryside of Stein am Rhein, and is very close to supermarkets. The railway station, Rhine river and old town are within 10-15 minutes walking distance. The house itself is ideal for 4 people and a pet. All amenities are available, and the interior decor is great and thoughtful. The large garden is beautiful with many plants and trees. Our dog really enjoyed himself exploring around the garden. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely visit again!

I have so many good things to say about this place. Philip was incredibly kind and helpful. The place was stunning, the pictures don’t do it justice. It is peaceful and walkable and everywhere you look is beautiful. The place is cozy and super clean, I loved opening the windows and just staring out at the view. I would recommend this place to anyone!!

From the moment we booked Thomas was proactive in reaching out and utterly charming. One of our group had to arrive early and they were very helpful with arranging that. His family next door were friendly and helped us choose somewhere to eat on our final day. Bonus cats in the neighbourhood and glorious decor.

We rented the place for a company event (we needed 5 bedroom). The place is easily accessible, we all had a double bed. We had mentioned we wanted to use the BBQ if the weather would allow it. Upon arrival we were warmly greeted by the host and they had already started the fire pit for us to grill that evening. The living room and dining area was spacious and could accommodate all us of (5 adults) without problem.

Janin was always super friendly and responded very quickly to the messages. The place is as shown in the pictures and in the description. We were very pleased with it.

Everything was just right! We felt very comfortable. Also worked out great and uncomplicated with baby. The apartment is totally cozy, quiet and very clean. It doesn't get any more central. I can recommend it 100%. Thank you, Nicola 🙏

My parents are thrilled with their short stay here. The apartment was exceptionally clean, freshly renovated and very well maintained. In the kitchen, everything necessary was in it and the bathroom was also perfectly equipped. The view is of course fantastic, that was really unique. A real gold mine! Right in front of the house is the water, like in a dream. There is a sun umbrella, but no loungers, but that was absolutely no problem. Communication was also absolutely straightforward, the answers came quickly and were very friendly. We felt very welcome. We can only recommend the apartment. Fantastic!

We had three very nice days near Lake Constance. The rental offered by Sabrina is located in the family home, with a separate entrance, as well as a kitchen well-equipped with utensils and tea/coffee, and a private bathroom. The entire room, including the bedding, was good quality and very clean. We were able to chat with Sabrina and Udo, who are very nice and responsive. They were able to give us some tips on places to visit and culinary specialties. The environment of the town where the house is located is very nice. It is a very quiet residential neighborhood but the downside is that you have to take the car and sometimes travel quite a few kilometers to visit the main attractions of Lake Constance. In the end, we will keep fond memories of our short stay, thanks in particular to Sabrina and Udo.

Arrive at Gerhard and Conny's and feel at home:) A great furnished apartment that is tip top equipped. Our two boys and we enjoyed the wonderfully sunny week all around. Great starting point for varied hikes and then enjoy the sunset on the terrace. You can't get more relaxation!

We were all super excited and enjoyed the time very much. Martin and his family are very accommodating and friendly. It's a shame that time has passed so quickly. This place can't be called a place to stay, that doesn't do it justice. It is an all-round carefree package where you feel very welcome. We'll see you again for sure.

Dear Stella and family, Thank you so much for your hospitality! You can tell that renting the apartment is a matter of the heart for you. We had four very nice days with four adults and two children ages 4 and 6 at your place. The apartment is very spacious, the amenities almost like home and exceed all expectations. It is very clean and equipped with everything you need, including nice toys, kitchen utensils....Communication with the host family was very warm and we received a lot of good advice. Our children got along well right away. For children, the garden is generally a paradise. The seating area is not extremely large, but very cozy. The surroundings as well as the region are highly recommended, there is so much to do. We 100% recommend the place!

Traudl is very nice and communication was always relaxed and fast. The accommodation is cozy and well-equipped. You definitely need a car to get from A to B here, as the location is very rural. However, that is also the charm. We were able to relax well. Even with a small problem that had to be solved afterwards, the contact was always friendly.

Cozy, nice place with everything as listed. We enjoyed our stay and the host was super helpful and prompt in their responses. Smooth check-in and check out, walkable distance from both the train and the port. Highly recommend

Really nice appartment perfectly located in Walenstadt. It's a two-bedroom apartment with a separate kitchen and both roomy bathroom and living/diningroom. Highlight is the nice view from the living room as well as the outside area. Fully and well equipped: comfortable beds, the kitchen incl. dish-washing and coffee machines, living room featuring TV incl. gaming console, grill in the exterior area. Some details went beyond expectations: bathroom with pleasant toileteries, complete equipment to grill outside. Location is really convenient. Aprox 10 min walk from both the centre of Walenstadt, as well as from the lake and the big playground for the kids. The area is residential area, at the very end of street hence quite and reassuring for the kids playing outside. Michaela was a wonderful host, preparing the appartment up to details, and also answering questions and helping us to make the stay even more convenient. Looking forward to coming back soon!

We had a great stay at Marcus and Lana's place. The apartment is lovely, and it was spotless. The location is great, especially for wine lovers, as there are many wineries accessible on foot! ;) There was a private parking space, and the location allows you to reach many tourist points on the Bodensee by car quite quickly. The neighbourhood is very peaceful. We did not bike, but the location seemed great for it, and there was even a bike rental nearby. Overall, we had a great time and we would come back again. Definitely recommend it!

The apartment was exactly like the pictures. It was easy to find, very comfortable and spotlessly clean.

Claudia is a friendly, courteous host. The well-equipped apartment with fenced garden is also great with a dog. We were very pleased.

The place was easy to find and is located in a beautiful area that invites you to walk. It was quiet and the place was clean and lovingly furnished. The hosts also responded quickly, which, however, was only shown to me when I was back in the apartment, since I had limited Internet on my cell phone while traveling. 😅 You just have to see how you want to walk from the train station to the accommodation. We walked different paths these days and then found the perfect path for us. In addition, the surroundings are so beautiful that we also quickly forgot how much we actually walked. What we also had to pay attention to was that we did not bring any animals into the accommodation. 😅😂 There was a situation where we wanted to open the front door and then a frog was sitting at the bottom of the door. Fortunately, we saw it in time. I can definitely recommend it 🙏🙏

We stayed there 12 days on summer vacation in the pre-season. The apartment is perfectly equipped, lovingly furnished and from the private terrace you have a beautiful view of the mountains. By bike or car, an ideal location for activities in all 4 directions. Simone was very friendly, unobtrusive and gave us some tips. We would come back anytime and can recommend the apartment.
