There are two working farms in the village and farm traffic can just occasionally be busy.

The pretty garden wraps around the cottage on three sides and two levels and runs down to a bubbling brook at its foot (the brook can not be easily accessed from the garden and should pose no danger to children)

My Husband and I moved to Herefordshire in late 2019 and we love it here. The property is surrounded by farming countryside and yet is just a few minutes in to Leominster & with easy access to beautiful towns all around. A fully self-contained 2 bedroom cottage which is attached to the main house. A fantastic place from which to explore. We are just off the old Hereford Road with plenty of parking. Cows and sheep roam the fields around us, and there are cowsheds behind us for Winter use.

Take a break and relax in a beautiful village/countryside location. The cottage, which dates back to 1650, is a short walk to the Malvern hills, an area of outstanding natural beauty. The Cottage: Meris’s is a secluded getaway where you can snuggle up in front of the log burner’s licking flames, play games, read, eat and drink, or sit outside in the garden soaking up the atmosphere enjoying the surrounding woodland and its wildlife. Originally built in 1871 Meris’s has just been beautifully renovated and is now ready to welcome guests. Located down a private drive you will be surrounded by nature with a gurgling stream running right past the house.
