The lake is in the immediate vicinity, its natural shore is a 2-minute walk away and invites you to swim. The romantic medieval town of Stein am Rhein can be reached on foot via an idyllic path along the lake. In the winter months, in addition to the underfloor heating, a large fireplace provides cozy warmth and atmosphere.

Please read all the information carefully and view the photos so you can know what to expect. Please note the check in time from 3 pm-9 pm!! Attention!!! We are NOT connected to public transport!!!! Nearest train station is 35 - 40 minutes away. Sleeping in the straw is a very rustic, simple place to stay. Not appropriate for children under 3 years. We had lovely days in the apartment. The apartment was very clean and you have a beautiful, unobstructed view over the fields. From there, we took some beautiful bike tours. By bike you can get to the lake very quickly.

The accommodation is very nice, very well maintained. We feel very nice there. Kristina welcomed us warmly. She was flexible about the time of our arrival.

Rural apartment, close to the lake

We had a wonderful time at Lake Constance. Sabine has a small farm bakery and her baked goods are a pleasure. The hosts are very nice, helpful and always available for questions and tips. It is a beautiful area to switch off from hectic everyday life. In the village, everything is within walking distance. The family has an organic fruit farm and had given us a very delicious jam to welcome us. In the apartment, everything is lovingly prepared and there is everything necessary in the apartment. In addition to bed linens, shower towels and kitchen towels are also available. Sabine and her family have arranged everything very nicely and put a lot of thought into it. It was a super nice stay and we'd love to come back. Thank you!
