I really enjoyed my stay at the apartment. It was clean, stylishly decorated and equipped with everything you might need. The location was great – quiet, yet central, with good connections to public transport. Check-in was smooth and communication with the host was quick and friendly. I would definitely come back and can only recommend the apartment!

Johannes is a great host, everything well prepared. The apartment is well laid out and everything you need is on site. Even a terrace overlooking the garden. The residential area is very quiet, to eat you make your way somewhere else. He even provided a bicycle on request, very good.

It was very pleasant to be in the apartment, it was nice and quiet and the tips on what to do in the area were helpful to us!

Our stay in this apartment exceeded our expectations. The apartment is spotless and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable and worry-free stay. The kitchen is fully stocked, the room super spacious and modern, just as seen in the photos. What really made this experience exceptional was the hosts. Heike and Christian helped us with everything we needed. They were very friendly, attentive and made us feel right at home. Top hosts, attention to detail, and human warmth are truly remarkable! I highly recommend this apartment and will definitely stay here again!

I really enjoyed staying here. Everything you need was in the immediate vicinity. You can easily walk into town and bus and train services are also in the immediate vicinity. Communication with the hosts went well if there was a problem. Check-in was also good. If you read the instructions correctly, then there are no difficulties😅. The Airbnb was also clean, the bathroom could have been a little cleaner, but otherwise everything was good. I'd love to come back when I'm in Bochum.

Beautiful house with breathtaking views over Lake Baldeney. The house has everything you need for a good time in Essen, everything very high quality and even personal, which you can't find in every typical Airbnb. Throughout the house you can enjoy music in the best quality, for example through Spotify. Also, the house has a fully equipped modern kitchen with everything you need and even several fully automatic coffee machines. You can grill in the garden with a weaver or relax in your own house which has a heated hot tub and sauna. The hosts Clemens and Mr. Siegler are very friendly, extremely hospitable and are always easily accessible. No matter what I asked, everything was always done to make you feel comfortable. Everything was perfect, the hostess was very responsive and created very comfortable conditions with a gorgeous view of the lake, we felt at home, the reality exceeded expectations and special thanks for the compliment in the form of flowers, fruits and sweets. I recommend it 100%!

It was a wonderful stay! We really fell in love with this house. It is very cosy and nice, we had everything we needed to relax in the pesceful surrounding of nature. The host was very kind and fast in reponding, ready to help with all requsts. We did't want to leave.

Our stay with Alexandra in the green house was terrific. Communication with Alexandra was friendly and quick in response. The house is very secluded and yet close to the cute village of Burg. It was clean, spacious and had all we needed. We loved just sitting out in front or in the back in the afternoons and dropping on the enormous coach in the evening. Highly recommended.

Bella’s place is a bit of a gem. A large two bed flat, with great living space. Location is quiet and peaceful and we were able to walk into the city. Plenty of public transport too. Communication was great.

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful apartment. The fenced garden was ideal for our dogs, who also enjoyed the walks by the nearby water. Everything was tip top clean and nicely decorated - you noticed that someone made an effort. The surroundings are amazing and you can quickly reach all the interesting places in the Ruhr area. An absolute recommendation!
