Great place with beautiful surroundings. The sea front terrace is very spacious with plenty of seating options and tables. We spent a lot of time hanging out at the place having a very chill and relaxed vacation. Not much to do in the nearby area and never really tried the restaurants (except Pomodorino with great pizza!). Also nice bakery close by for breakfast. Stairs to the sleeping area a bit steep if you’re older of have trouble with your joints, not a problem at all for us however. Highly recommend!

We had a great time in this country house. Everything was comfortable, pleasant to use, very clean, interesting interior inside and outside the house. Very comfortable beds. All equipment for a long stay. The garden is beautiful and you can really relax. After the noisy coast with lots of tourists, there is a charming peace and quiet here. There is only one family and a cow in the neighborhood. To be honest, sometimes there is a corresponding smell, but it did not spoil our vacation at all. Thanks to Perat for detailed and useful instructions. We went hiking to the Saint Prince Lazar Church, it was quite difficult, but there is a really beautiful view. Thanks to the owners of the house. We would like to return to this amazing place.

Enjoyed my stay! Jovana organised her dad to pick me up which was very nice of them! Great views, clean and well equipped only thing is like much of budva its up a very steep hill so anyone with reduced mobility would struggle

Jovica and his family's house has an amazing location and an amazing pleasure area. We made the right choice to stay here. It was a wonderful experience to be by the sea. Everything was spotlessly clean and very attentive. Jovica and his family welcomed us very warmly, helped us a lot and made us feel at home. We had rented a car but it was great to have a meat and fish restaurant right behind the house and a restaurant with delicious shellfish just a short walk away! There is also a small market within walking distance of the house for basic needs. It was a wonderful experience to enjoy the sea during the day, the stars at night and the beauty of Kotor Bay. Serenity at it's finest. The use of space 👌, the bay of Kotor was beautiful and the people watching superb. Highly recommend this place. They had a cake, candle and lighter delivered for my wife's birthday. So sweet

Very nice place. About 10-15 minutes to the sea. It wasn’t a problem for us. Supermarket is nearby. Apartments are really wonderful, cozy, comfortable and big. You have everything for shower, cooking, washing clothes. It feels like at home. And there was a perfect balcony with a perfect view, you can drink coffee and enjoy sea view. We had lovely breakfast on the balcony every day of our staying. Hosts are very nice, polite and attentive. We recommend this place for sure 😊

The place is great: big, cozy, with 2! balconies. The hosts left precise instructions for our check-in, and in the kitchen we found fresh fig fruits. The place is also very private: it has blackouts, and with the balcony doors closed you don’t hear a sound from the outside.

My stay at Milan’s beautiful cliff home was absolutely unforgettable. The views were breathtaking, offering a serene and picturesque backdrop for a relaxing getaway. The home itself was well-maintained, comfortable, and equipped with everything needed for a cozy stay. What made the experience even better was Milan’s responsiveness—every question or request was met with a quick and instant reply, making the entire process seamless and stress-free. This place is truly beautiful, especially the breathtaking view from the balcony. It’s located very close to a grocery store and the bus station. It’s easy to get to the beach, but on the way back there are a lot of steps to climb, we definitely returned from vacation in better shape after doing this hike every day! Still, it was a really nice time, and the city is known for its 1,000 steps. The apartment had everything we needed, and the host was very friendly and thoughtful. We really enjoyed our vacation here.🎉

We cannot say enough about Nenad & Ljiljana and their beauuutiful apartment in Herceg Novi. JUST BOOK IT. We stayed for just shy of 10 days for a work-ation and we did not want to leave! 10/10 hosts. Nenad is so sweet and helpful. He was always available for questions or any needs, had great recommendations, and even picked us up from the bus station. The apartment is wonderful! Unmatched view with a nice big balcony just steps from the water, very spacious bedroom with Panoramic windows, and a well-stocked kitchen. Everything was spotlessly clean. Herceg Novi is a town stretched along a boardwalk, with little pockets of beaches along the way. The town is a solid 15min walk, but there are TONS of spots along the way. Great food - we loved Feral, Dodo, and the Krempita from Vanille Coco - great people, and GORGEOUS water for swimming. We loved the beach over by Perla best. The wifi worked great, just struggled a bit to support large video conference calls. We will be back, Nenad!

Very nice, clean apartment. Quiet location, about 20 min walk to the old town. Host was very accommodating and friendly. We felt very comfortable.

Great accommodation near the beach. The apartment is even better than we expected, it is quite large and has everything you need for life. There is a shop nearby, which is very convenient. The hostess Nina was very kind and hospitable and helped us with any of our requests. We'll definitely come back here again. Thanks for the hospitality

We had the most wonderful stay at Nela’s house! The view from the balcony is worth a million dollars, I’d say it’s probably the best view in Perast! Really well situated with boat tours leaving from the doorstop, a little wine bar downstairs & plenty of restaurants to sample nearby. Nela was really attentive and helpful too when arranging taxis and check in. Will be recommending far and wide!

Perfect. A little far from Kotor on foot. But we had the car. A little off-road but then it's perfect. The apartment is great. Thank you.

A beautiful apartment right near the lake. We had a fantastic time relaxing on the veranda. IIija met us on arrival and explained everything to us. The place was very clean and as per the pictures. Kotor is a great place to explore, the apartment is 15-20 minute walk from the old town so close to walk in but also nice to go back and relax by the lake in the peace and quiet! Highly recommend booking this place

Just as the reviews say, a fantastic apartment that exceeds expectations. The views from the private balcony are to die for, just as in the listing photos. The apartment has great amenities, including swimming pool access and excellent air-conditioning, and is perfectly located reasonably near to Kotor old town (short taxi ride/bus or 35 min walk), short walk from lovely (recommended) seaside restaurants and bakery/supermarket, as well as a short journey away from other nearby attractions e.g. Perast. Irena was super-friendly, helpful and professional in all her communications and full of excellent ideas and recommendations on restaurants and things to do or not to be missed. Would thoroughly recommend.

Stefan's property is wonderful and has beautiful views of the bay only thing that may be an issue for some is it is not walkable to Kotor as footpaths disappear at some points along the narrow road into Kotor requiring us to get Taxis to get around which was not a bother for us.

We had a fantastic stay in Dobrota! A big thank you to Nikola for the warm welcome and incredible hospitality. From the moment we arrived, we felt truly cared for. The apartment was cozy and perfectly located near the sea and close to Kotor and Perast. What really made the experience special was Nikola’s constant availability and support throughout the stay. He was always quick to respond and made sure we had everything we needed. We also really appreciated the thoughtful recommendations for local restaurants, activities, and things to see , all of which helped us make the most of our time in Montenegro.
