Our house is located in the historic village center of Bischleben, a district of the state capital Erfurt. The quiet location on the Gera River on the edge of the Steigerwald in connection with the proximity to the city and the good transport connections offers an ideal starting point for visits to Erfurt and the surrounding area, as well as for hiking and biking excursions. The Gera bike path leads directly along the house. Business travelers will find quiet and relaxing nights as well as free parking.

The large pool and Jacuzzi are to be used seasonally from Jan-Oct. The sauna can be used year-round for up to 6 people. The barbecue grill and the 2 fireplaces invite you to relax.

From this centrally located place, you can be in the old town, theater and trade fair in no time on foot or by tram. Fully equipped apartment 85 m² with separate bathroom by the bedroom and additional family bathroom. Very suitable for families with kids. Underfloor heating and elevator. Luxury apartment with views over Erfurt in the city center

The apartment is located on the first floor in an old storage building of the former horticultural company Benary. The vaulted cellar as the foundation of the house was built at the end of the 16th century. The half-timbered house above it was rebuilt around 1850 and completely renovated in recent years. All interior walls of the outer shell of the house are worked with clay plaster and thus ensure a pleasant indoor climate.

The half-timbered house was completely renovated in 2014. 65 sqm, 4 beds, kitchen, bathtub, balcony - take a look at the pictures! The apartment offers a beautiful view from the 3rd floor. Parking is available right in front of the house.
