Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Hepburn Springs

Absolutely loved Carlos’s house! Was perfect for our girls trip away. Great location, close to the Main Street, beautiful styling, super clean and had everything we needed. Plus we arrived to a warm house on our first night!

Overall experience is good. It is better not driving at night cause I got crushed when I tried to reach this Airbnb.

Rachel’s a lovely host, and the place was so cosy and well located, just a couple of minutes from the main street and shops.

Although attached to the main house the accommodation was extremely private and in a beautiful setting with lovely views. We didn’t get to enjoy the outside decks due to the rain but were extremely happy to laze near the cozy wood fire and use the luxurious bathtub. Everything was absolutely spotless, the bed was very comfy and the fresh eggs, yummy bread, wine & chocolates very much appreciated. Thank you Michelle for a very peaceful and relaxing weekend. This was my second stay at Treetops, and it was just as great as the first time. Waking up in the morning with the birds and the light shining through the big round window in the bedroom upstairs was magic. It is a very peaceful environment, the best remedy for recovering from the hectic life in the city. We spent the days bushwalking and exploring the Lerderderg Park and in the evening enjoyed the warmth and coziness of the wood fire stove in the living area. And in addition to all this, we were able to walk to the local coffee shop for a caffein hit....

Nigel's place was fantastic. Everything about the property was great. Very clean and everything worked perfectly. The view across the paddock was great and the kids had an amazing time exploring the property and trying to spot the kangaroos. We took our telescopes with us and the night star gazing was one of the best we've seen. Highly recommend.

I would highly recommend Cath’s place for anyone looking for a cozy stay in the area. The property was delightful, the cottage completely charming and equipped with every amenity you could possibly need! This was one of the most well kept and thoughtfully designed Airbnbs I’ve stayed at. On top of this, Cath is so friendly, helpful and very welcoming!

My experience with the hosts was excellent and the property was even more beautiful than the photos. The house was huge and everything you could possibly need and want was provided. We arrived to a roaring fire, a fridge stocked with generous breakfast provisions and a freshly baked cake which was a lovely touch. The beds and furnishings were very comfortable and a phone charger provided which was great as I’d forgotten mine! I would highly recommend the property and will definitely be back. We had a fabulous stay at Sailors Falls Estate! Margaret and Robert were so helpful and the villa was very comfortable. We found the nearby Daylesford attractions easy to get to but also enjoyed relaxing at the villa with a lovely wine from the cellar door!

I loved Renee and Izy’s place. Perfect location (short walk onto the Main Street, and up to the Convent). The heating was great, the bed was comfy. Thanks so much.

Slip into a blissful oasis like paradise.. My second time staying at Sammy’s, it was as amazing as my first stay! Sammy goes above and beyond as a host, truly makes your stay so pleasant having such a wonderful host. There is so much to do in this air BnB. It’s an introverts dream! You have everything you need could need or want. The best sleep in Melbourne. Each time I’ve stayed I’ve had a gorgeous sleep. Comforting atmosphere, relaxing.. Booked this property for my parents to stay on their wedding anniversary. They were very impressed with the property and loved their stay. It had everything they needed and was in a beautiful location. Communication was prompt and booking was very easy. Would recommend!

Hepburn springs and surrounding area are generally expensive but this accommodation was very reasonably priced.Unfortunately most of Hepburn Springs is either up for sale or closed down but Daylesford is only 5 minutes away by car and theres plenty to see or do there.

My wife and I walked into this beautiful, spacious apartment and both went “wow!”. Spotlessly clean and tidy, beautifully renovated and decorated and so comfortable and cosy. We stayed for the weekend of the Ballarat Marathon for which it was in a perfect location to walk to the start line with ease. A beautiful cafe 100m away was perfect for us as was an easy walk to the shopping precinct. This place is perfect in every way and I would not hesitate to recommend it or book it again.

The whole process from check in to check out was easy and seamless with clear instructions. It's a fantastic apartment in Caroline Springs and everything you need is within walking distance. The apartment was cosy, very spacious and has an immaculate kitchen and bathroom. Nice outlook from the large balcony and the pinball machine and soccer foosball table were great fun. Great place to stay...

Can't express enough my gratitude how amazing it was to stay in Baleno and It was just what we needed! Can't thank enough Dayget for there hospitality and just being there when need! Don't want to ramble on too much but just can't say enough good things about this place. It was worth driving over from South Australia for my 25th with my partner! Can't wait to come back again!

What a lovely find this place was. Spotlessly clean, great beds and showers away from the Daylesford crowds. Nicely equipped and private, enjoyed the view from the balcony immensely.

Spent 2 nights La Boheme. We really enjoyed our stay here. The place is in the middle of nature with plenty of wildlife. The highlight was definitely the regular kangaroos bouncy past the house. The location is perfect with plenty to do and plenty to see.

House was clean and tidy, had a really nice warmth as soon as you walked in the front door. Amber was super easy to communicate with and allowed us to check in early upon request which was awesome, and we appreciated a lot! Spa was great to be in on a cold night with a full view of the stars in the sky. Our favourite part of the whole house had to be the couch in the living area, it was so comfortable we wanted to take it home with us. Really had a fantastic time, would come back again definitely.

Wonderful central property for family group to stay in. Very comfortable and homely for all ages. Encouraged informal catch ups in spacious areas available. Easy to get around with car spaces plus very close to public transport. Brenda was responsive and helpful.

Our stay at the Vicarage was absolute perfection. From the moment we arrived—lights on, music playing—we felt instantly relaxed. The home is a perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and charm and Dean is an incredibly thoughtful host. The fires were set, the hot tub was ready, and a generous selection of provisions welcomed us. There were no tedious rules, just an open invitation to unwind and enjoy. The gardens were gorgeous too with plenty of quiet spots to enjoy a book or a cuppa, and Sammy the cat made us feel right at home. Every detail was focused on comfort and ease. We (reluctantly!) left feeling refreshed and are already dreaming of coming back. Thanks Dean for an unforgettable stay, you have truly perfected the art of hosting.
