A clean, well-equipped and spacious (61 m2) apartment with its own sauna and glazed terrace in the cultural quarter. Good WIFI and smart TV. Dedicated parking space in a warm garage with elevator access. Peaceful house and good playground in the courtyard of the house. Right next door are the Museum of Visual Art Malva and restaurants Malskin Bistro, Kahiwa and Ant Brew. Walking distance to the market, theater, Sibelius House, Trio and Syke shopping centers, the harbor, the fair and the sports stadium.

The villa is located on a beautiful peninsula with a rugged attraction and the serene beauty of the surrounding lake landscape. This place has its own beach. The closest neighbour is 50-60 m far, on one side there are huge natural stones blocking the view for the neighbour, on the other side there's a peninsula belonging to the same owner's property and thus there are no neighbours on that side (only a beach, rocks and forest). Any other buildings are about 200 m far (forest between).

A small outdoor space features two white lounge chairs positioned beside a potted flower. A large umbrella provides shade from above, complemented by a stone pathway leading to the area. Lush greenery surrounds the space, enhancing the natural setting.
