In the downstairs bedroom, a double bed and beds for four guests in the upstairs bedrooms. Also in the cottage is a wooden sauna and a pier, rowing boat and canoe on the beach. Gas grill, electric fryer, and masonry pan in the yard. There is also an sup board and an electric motor for rent separately.

A neat 21m² studio is located on the edge of the park in a quiet residential area of Niinivaara. However, the building is located on the same plot with a detached house and with its own entrance. Nearby you can find: hospital services 1,4km, S-market (open 24/7) 700m, pharmacy, restaurants and ski trails/jogging trails start from the backyard. The guest has a bicycle available. The compact house has a fold-out sofa downstairs and two beds upstairs. A spacious sauna is a joy to relax in and has washing amenities. A large terrace has a barbecue grill and a dining table, where you can enjoy stunning views of the lake while enjoying your food. The outhouse is situated next to the main building.
