Family-friendly vacation rentals in Heiligenhafen

We spent two beautiful days in the bright and friendly apartment – together with my girlfriend's four-year-old daughter. The apartment was clean, welcoming and cozy, so we felt right at home. The parking fees in the parking garage are not without, but the wellness area and especially the swimming pool delighted us. The location couldn't be better either: the sea is almost right outside the door! We were able to enjoy the water, stroll along the promenade and browse the many small shops. All round, a successful short trip

WOW!!! What an incredibly beautiful, unique oasis! We immediately felt at home. we were kindly welcomed by Massud who is one of the greatest and most generous hosts we have ever met. The apartment is incredibly cosy, the jacuzzi pure luxury, and the icing on the cake is the wonderful garden. We spent the mornings and evenings sitting outside, enjoying life. Supernice area, loads of nice restaurants, shops, walkable, relaxed. Highly recommended!!

We enjoyed it very much. The house is very nice and we lacked nothing. Fiona was quick to respond to any questions and was accommodating. The path to the beach ( a beautiful lagoon), the children felt a little long at 10-15 minutes and would have liked to have a scooter or bike with them. But were only there for 2 nights, otherwise we would probably have borrowed bicycles for the beautiful area.

Markus apartment is a great choice if you're looking for something very central and in a lovely location. The apartment is airy and spacious and exactly as the photos. Markus gave clear instructions and made sure everything was in order through messages before arrival.

We had a wonderful wellness weekend with the girls in this fantastic house! We were particularly enthusiastic about the beautiful outdoor area, which together with the hot tub created a really relaxed atmosphere. The sauna was also a real highlight. The bedrooms are super nice and cozy, and the whole house is modern and lovingly designed – you immediately feel at home. The short way to the beach is perfect for walks. The only small drawback: Shopping is a little further away. But for that, the great house always compensates! Absolutely recommend, we'll be happy to come back!

The house was fantastic for our extended Easter weekend with 7 people. 3 bedrooms with en suite were super comfortable. The kitchen was very nicely large and very extensively equipped with dishes as well as cooking utensils. Excursions to the beach, to Lübeck and to Travemünde as well as the garden were a lot of fun for us. Nina was always easily accessible and responded promptly to all our questions and requests. That was a great weekend which we can wholeheartedly recommend without reservations.

Beautiful place to stay. Well maintained. Plenty of extra clean towels, sheets, etc. Easy access to places to eat, shop. Multiple transport options to get around town found close by. Hot water takes some time to come through. WiFi was not reliable for people looking to work remotely.

We were allowed to spend four days in this beautiful house in May with a group of 14 people, including seven children. The accommodation is characterized by its spaciousness and a very personal decor that makes you feel like you are a guest in a private home. The number of rooms and bathrooms offered all fellow travelers sufficient privacy. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the large, well-equipped kitchen allowed us to cater to the entire group. The spacious garden offered the children plenty of space to play; however, with smaller children, special attention is required due to the open access to the water. The surrounding landscape with its old trees was impressive and contributed significantly to the recovery. Special thanks to Caroline, who supported us with great attention and helpfulness. We enjoyed the stay very much and would like to come back any time.

Antje is a gracious and welcoming host. Her home is a living example of Hamburg family life.

Our stay in the circus wagon was really great! We enjoyed the beautiful surroundings, the proximity to the Baltic Sea and the quiet location! We stayed in the beautiful and very well-equipped apartment for the second time. The location is perfect for us, within walking distance to the Outer Alster and with many beautiful and practical shops, restaurants and cafes in the immediate vicinity. Communication with Daniela was always warm and straightforward. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back.

We enjoyed a wonderful 11 night stay in Gut Marutendorf. Our apartment was a 2 bedroom unit on the second floor with a small kitchen and a bathroom. The view from all rooms was over the beautifully manicured bucolic grounds. Staying in Gut M. gives you access to the extensive nature trails of the Westensee nature preserve. This nature area includes some of the few old growth forests in Northern Germany as well as moors and fields. In the late spring, the scenery was incredibly beautiful. The ancient oaks along the paths directly in the property alone are worthy of the trip. During the bulk of our stay, we were able to soak in the beautiful environment in solitude, though the very social barnyard cats provided amusing company. Gut M. is a perfect example of the under appreciated beauty of N. German countryside, only a few miles from Kiel. It provides a beautifully maintained sylvan location for a very affordable price. I highly recommend it to anyone interested in a peaceful vacation.

Unfortunately, our short trip to Barendorf was over far too quickly! We felt very comfortable there - the apartment is very cozy and well maintained, and rarely have I experienced such a well-equipped kitchen in an apartment. We also enjoyed the sauna and swimming pool extensively. If you love peace and quiet and don't need the hustle and bustle of the typical holiday resorts, Bastian's apartment is just right: you can relax there so well!

With the kindness and helpfulness of Laila and her mother, as well as in the lovingly furnished apartment, we felt almost at home (only the refrigerator could be a little bigger). The sauna, the shower, and in good weather the pool, surrounded by the beautiful green garden were the highlights.

Our stay in the vacation home with Dana and Volker was all around successful. Upon arrival, we received a warm welcome and immediately felt welcome. The house is lovingly decorated, very clean and equipped with everything you need for a relaxing vacation. The garden also invites you to linger and offers plenty of space for cozy hours outdoors. Dana and Volker were always helpful without being intrusive and were always available to answer questions. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back!

If you are looking for a few days of peace and relaxation, this is the place to have breakfast in a park among fruit trees with sensational views of a water lilies, early in the morning you have the chance to see a kingfisher while bathing, behind the house a beautiful stream, as far as the eye can see fields meadows and forest . Beautiful natural beach 15 min boltenhagen 30 min Lübeck or Wismar 45 min! Wi-Fi poorly the nearest baker 15 minutes away - didn't matter to us! Absolutely recommended!

We spent the turn of the year in Schönhagen with peace and convenience. The apartment is located not far from the beach and is equipped with everything you need. We used the sauna in the basement to ourselves. The place is a good starting point for numerous excursions, especially even in warmer weather by bike. Thanks to Jan for the nice welcome.

The four of us (two adults, two small children) felt very comfortable in Ingo's apartment. Everything you need was there (especially the washing machine in the house) and the heated indoor pool was the absolute highlight for our children, we were there almost every day to practice swimming. You can get to the beautiful beach very quickly by bike or to Travemünde, to the bakery or supermarket it takes a little longer, but that did not bother us. A large garden with a sandbox and swing for the little ones can also be used. The communication with Ingo was always very friendly and uncomplicated.
