The garden is spacious, cozy and green and has two terraces with sun all day. All amenities are available in the neighborhood. One of the supermarkets is across the street from the apartment. The neighborhood has cozy pubs and restaurants. Nature and the city center are within walking distance. - Children up to 12 years old are free.

Self-service simple breakfast is included. Kitchenette with stove and microwave is suitable for preparing a simple meal. Bicycles can be stored under the canopy in the enclosed garden.

The Oude Glasfabriek can be found in the popular Nijmegen district "Oost". The property is located on a quiet path where you can mainly hear the birds. Yet, it is in the middle of the neighborhood. Within a few minutes' walk, you have a wide choice of cozy cafes and restaurants. The city center, the Waalkade, the Ooijpolder or the woods are nearby. Radboud University and the University of Applied Sciences of Arnhem and Nijmegen (HAN) can also be reached by bicycle within a few minutes.

Sacred House

In the hilly surroundings, on the edge of Nijmegen, is this 20m2 nature cottage with a separate bedroom. The living area has a single sofa bed. The windows have screens. The higher cottage overlooks the garden, the forest and the back facade of our house. The spacious yard is enclosed with an electric gate. We offer a lot of privacy and live on a beautiful, green avenue, which is a bit busier during rush hour. Otherwise, it's wonderfully quiet. Inside anyway. We are LGBT+-friendly.

Knusse studio in Berg en Dal, Netherlands

Nice cozy independent studio in Berg en Dal on the outskirts of Nijmegen and the woods (less than 500 m). The starting point of the famous N70 hiking trail is 1.5 km away, the studio is close to the route. Ideal location for (hiking) sports in the woods, a visit to Nijmegen city center or for overnight hospital visits. 3 km to the center of Nijmegen with the bus stop for line 8 300 m away. The three hospitals of Nijmegen are 1.5 to 6.5 km from the studio.
