The entire building where the apartment is located consists of two houses with three residential units connected by a former blacksmith. The apartment is in the older part of the building and has its own apartment entrance door. After many excursions on foot, by bike or car (or whatever), it is the ideal retreat.

My 120 m² apartment (year of construction 2019) in a central location is the ideal place to relax after a mudflat hike or to enjoy the fresh North Sea air on one of the two spacious balconies. The modern apartment includes a large, Nordic-style living room with integrated kitchen. The dining table can accommodate the whole family. Two good beds and a cozy sofa bed offer sleeping places for four/five people. A crib and high chair are available for the little ones.

Meldorf is the nearest town, about 10 minutes by car, where, for example, shopping can be done.

Please note that the only door is the bathroom door - the rest is open. We have tried to build as sustainably, ecologically and high-quality as possible - the colors are from the chalk period, the paints are water-based.
