Apartment Grutto is located on the 2nd floor and can accommodate up to 4 people, with living room/kitchen with sofa bed, separate bedroom and bathroom. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with every comfort. There is plenty of parking space. Furthermore, we are easily accessible by public transportation (5 minutes' walk). There is also a sandy beach on the Tjeukemeer within a 5-minute walk.

The kitchen is fully equipped. There is WiFi throughout the apartment. Both room and bedroom have a (smart) TV.

The Út fan hús apartment has two bedrooms with a double bed, a living room with sofa bed, a kitchen with fridge and bathroom with shower and toilet. The apartment has its own entrance. From the apartment, you have a wide view over the Frisian Greiden. It is located on the water, where you can swim and fish. You can also use 1 or 2 person canoes, a boat and bicycles for free. The city of Sneek is a 15-minute drive, Leeuwarden is a 30-minute drive.

10 minutes from Leeuwarden and 4 minutes from Grou is our rural farm in Idaerd. This fully furnished, modern apartment has all the comforts. The bathroom has a sink, a rain and hand shower and a toilet. There is a fully equipped kitchen with an induction hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and combination microwave/oven. The city logo is a spacious seven-person apartment (128 m2) which is located on the second, second and third floor of the property. It has a wonderful view of the city canal Kleindiep (turning point Elfstedentocht) and the historic town hall.

Our cozy, characteristic back house with an area of no less than 120m2 is part of a thatched farmhouse from 1862. It has its own entrance and plenty of privacy. There is a beautiful large living room with oak beams and loft. From here, you have a magnificent panoramic view over the back meadows.
