Talossa on pirtti, jossa hyvin varusteltu keittiö, yksi makuuhuone ja saunaosasto. Talon saunaosastolla on kamari, jossa yöpymismahdollisuus ja erittäin hyvä puulämmitteinen sauna. Saunasiipi on rakennettu 70-luvulla ja saunan ja pesuhuoneen pintoja on uusittu keväällä 2023. Nukkumapaikkoja max. 5:lle yöpyjälle. Koiravieraat ovat myös tervetulleita lisämaksusta

Villa Väylän Helmi sijaitsee Ylitornion kunnassa, Kaulinrannan kylän Marjosaaressa. Saari on rauhallinen maalaismiljöö, jossa sijaitsee lähinnä loma-asuntoja. Tornionjoen varrella sijaitseva mökki on kalastajien ja jokimaisemaa rakastavien lomailijoiden valinta. Marjosaaressa on loistava paikka katsella ja kuvata revontulia. Talossa on neljä erillistä makuuhuonetta, iso olohuone, keittiö, ruokatila, kaksi vessaa ja suihkutila, jonka yhteydessä on puulämmitteinen sauna. Iso takapiha on aidattu, joten lemmikit voivat juoksennella vapaasti. Venerantaan ja Ylitornion hienoille hiekkarannoille on matkaa vain noin 1 km. Ainiovaaran upeat hiihto- ja ulkoilumaastot sijaitsevat lähettyvillä. Aavasaksan laskettelurinteille on noin 15 km matka.
