It was a lovely little flat and perfect for what my family needed. Angie was fab, very friendly quick to respond to messages. She even had tea, coffee, sugar and milk there for us to use. The flat was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. There was a folder with local amenities for those not familiar with the town. And the flat was anly a five minute walk from the town centre. I will definitely book again when I need to visit overnight.

Jamie and Kate were super responsive and put me up at very short notice. The annexe was lovely, clean and cosy! I would definitely stay here again.

We had an absolutely wonderful one-night stay at this charming Airbnb! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the warm welcome. The space was immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, and perfectly suited for our family. The kids were thrilled with the comfortable beds and the fun, cozy ambiance of their room. The host provided a variety of board games that kept us entertained. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to prepare a delicious family meal. The location was ideal, situated in a quiet, safe neighborhood with easy access and parking space.

Without doubt I would recommend this property 100%. The property was quiet, peaceful, tranquil with a lovely garden to look at, loads of birds. Just what I needed for my break from a busy life. I didn’t visit the local pub Cross & Keys but have heard from my relatives who live locally that it serves good food, which was conveniently a short walk away. Very well placed for visiting the lovely city of Lincoln. Very well done to the very friendly host Helen on creating this amazing hideaway. Rita Shaw
