Off road parking with own access to studio, a two minute walk to beach, local shops and Hayling Island beach. Would suit walkers and cyclists to explore the area. Dog allowed. No smoking. A new 5 foot pullout sofa bed has now replaced the old 4 foot bed for a more comfortable, sleeping experience.

It has plenty of character with a fresh minimalistic decor and good quality beds and bedding. There is a coastal footpath on the doorstep, the Southdowns, West Wittering beach, Chichester and Portsmouth a short drive away.

With two bathrooms the property can accommodate 6 Adults and 1 child. We welcome pets and the garden is safe and secure. There are many local attraction on Hayling Island as well as being close to Portsmouth, a historic naval city. Benefiting from high speed WIFI, Sky TV and Netflix. Parking for two cars.
