had a lovely stay at Linda's place. it's a beautiful house, spotlessly clean and in a great location. As described but it was even nicer than expected! We would happily stay again

Great little tiny house. Lovely bedding and towels and great decorative colour pallette. I loved my stay and seeing shooting stars through the velux at night was amazing. Great sunny outside space for sunny coffee in the morning.

We've just spent a lovely week at this property in Hayfield. It was a great accommodation and perfectly matched our needs for our first ever visit to the Peak District. The local area and walks are stunning and varied in nature, everything from flat (dismantled railways) to the challenge of Kinder Scout. We spent hours walking and exploring but it was always a pleasure to return home at the end of a long day for a hot shower and comfortable surroundings. The excellent communication and simple check in/out made for a stress free stay. The house is well equipped and there are plenty of utensils in the kitchen but we didn't actually use them very much as eating out in the village pubs and restaurants was our preference after a long day in the hills. We had a fantastic time and would definitely return in the future.

Great place to stay and visit the Peak District. We did the Lantern Pike walk and the Monsal Trail bike ride with our kids of 3 and 6. It's great to be able to enjoy the jacuzzi after a nice day of exercising. There are plenty of nice restaurants within 10-15 mins drive. We had a car but public transport could have been a good option too, especially if you're going to Manchester. The rooms and beds are comfortable, the living nice and cozy and the kitchen had everything we needed.
