Vacation rentals with a patio in Hawthorn

What a great stay! As someone from the country, a smaller studio-esque apartment is often challenging, however this place is absolutely beautiful! With plenty of room to stretch out and check out the local area, couldn't be a better home away from home. When I had an issue with the key, Charlotte was quick to remedy!

Unbelievable!!! If you’re thinking of booking here, do it. Why tho you ask ? Well, firstly the location is unbelievable right in the middle of south yarra which is definitely the nicest place in Melbourne, a train station and a tram line just 5 minutes away which is so convenient for us when travelling around. Furthermore, the apartment is so home like. We were considering asking if we could rent long term as it’s that nice. Feel right at home and it’s got everything you need for a short or long stay (we stayed 2 week). Also the bed is soooo comfortable and we had such amazing sleeps. Tv was also a nice touch, we watch so many films in the evening as it was so comfortable in the apartment. Shops were so close so getting food in was easy. Going to CBD was so easy. Just an amazing experience here and made us love south yarra and it will be a time to always remember in Melbourne. 10/10

Before I start, I'll tell you the end; you should stay here if you ever get the chance! From the first moment I contacted Helen with an enquiry, to their final goodbye message, they were the best hosts I've ever experienced. They were super friendly, responded ridiculously quick, gave great recommendations and truly felt they loved you staying at their place. And Amy, who let us in, was just as brilliant and welcoming! As for the unit, it was super-clean, had an awesome view, was quiet and secure and was the type of place you wish you could style your own like. The kitchen fit-out was top notch and the pantry was full of great staples if you ever wanted to cook. However, why would you cook at this end of the cbd with restaurants, bars, cafes and laneway hideouts galore? I love staying at their Spring St end of town and this place just made it even better.

Cannot recommend Susie, her proactive communications and her property "Somerset" highly enough. Susie has put a lot of effort into to ensuring a first class guest experience. From the full compliment of shampoos, conditioners and body washes in the bathroom to the quality fittings, SMEG appliances and an induction stove top. We felt immediately at home the minute we arrived. Great location with restaurants and public transport on the door step. We will be back! Nicole and Rod

Susie's Airbnb was exactly what my mum and I needed for our Melbourne visit and we had a lovely stay. Great location near two train stations, walkable to Carnegie cafes and shops, nice parks nearby. The apartment itself was extremely comfortable and well-provisioned - every time we thought of something we needed, we found it: hairdryer, condiments, cooking equipment, iron, washer/dryer, cereal and milk, extra blankets and towels. The heating worked well, both beds were comfortable, the apartment was in a quiet and peaceful area and was nicely decorated without being cluttered. Highly recommend.

Such an amazing apartment with a homey feeling! The gin for the start was a very thoughtful gift and a lovely touch. Despite being placed in a very concise block of buildings, it was so quiet that we wondered if anyone lived in the building! Great location, walkable distance to the most amazing restaurants, cafes & markets! Highly recommended! We will be back!!

David’s apartment was fab. I was there for 2 weeks and felt like a true local. It’s such a cool building with the large ceilings and warehouse vibe. It’s steps away from the station, right next to all the great eats of Swan st and just such a great vibe. Despite its proximity to the hustle and bustle, it’s mostly a quiet place, with the usual day-to-day sounds from the upstairs neighbours now and then. It’s an old building so it’s to be expected. It was pretty chilly weather when I stayed but the reverse cycle warmed it pretty well. Also it’s really equiped for long term stays. The washer/dryer was fab, great kitchen and Coles is 5 mins walk away so you’ve got groceries close by. Oh and Hectors Deli is 1 mins away, great for Sunday pastries and coffee! Anna's apartment was beautifully decorated, it really exceeded our expectations! The space was a lot bigger than we expected and we felt right at home we honestly could have extended our stay for longer. It felt private and the main road could barely be heard considering we were along the Princes Highway. The kitchen was fully stocked with teas, ingredients for cooking if you wanted to, and lovely extras that you didn't know you needed during your stay. We really enjoyed how close it was to the city as well as neighbouring suburbs like Prahran, it was only a 7 min drive to the Prahran markets! I highly recommend staying at Anna's place as it really felt like the perfect home for the two of us. Don't hesitate to book!

We were pleased to stay local to where family and friends live in South Yarra. Lovely to be close to gardens and long walks along the Yarra River.

Location & Comfort! If you are looking for a cosy place to relax that is close to great eateries, shopping & public transport then Paula’s place is just perfect. We stayed here for 2 nights & wouldn’t hesitate to book again. Comfy beds & couch, well equipped kitchen & beautiful big bathroom. Found a car park quite easily near the house on arrival & didn’t use the car again until we departed as everything was in walking distance. Paula was a great host - responsive, welcoming & helpful.

This gorgeous historic home is in the best location with the tram across the road, the South Melbourne markets a very short walk as well as lots of local cafes and restaurants. The house is very comfortable and homelike as well as quite spacious for a one bedroom place. There’s a full kitchen with plenty of bench space to prepare all that beautiful food from the nearby markets!

House is located in a quiet neighbourhood. Excellent communication with the host. My child left behind a motion sensor light under the pillow and we managed to retrieve it by texting host on communication channel. He even went to meet us to pass it back to us several days later.Thank you so much! ◡̈

Our family of 5 had a great stay at Graci's home in Port Melbourne. Lots of space, great amenities, quiet location, close to amenities. We would definitely stay again.

Una’s apartments was a delight to check into. With welcoming treats. Laundry facilities and detergent. Shampoo and conditioner. Just what I needed after a long trip. Coffee as well. Great location. A picnic basket too. Una was so understanding and fabulous to communicate with. I really felt spoilt. Thank you again for having me and Buddy to stay. Really grateful.

Fantastic place to stay. Close to the MCG and within walking distance to many fine restaurants. The balcony and the view were my favourite. The accommodation was very clean and tidy. I would certainly stay here again.

Andrew was the perfect host - he was super helpful, responsive and offered to stay up late in case I had issues getting in, given my late arrival time. Communication was great and very open to helping where possible. The apartment itself was lovely and views were fantastic being on the top floor. You could still hear a lot of the traffic and trams however so perhaps bring ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper but otherwise not a big deal, just one of the things about being in an urban area. I was there for work so was a very quick stay but it was a close walk for where I needed to be which was great, thanks for having me Andrew and being a fantastic host!

Its an apartment with a magnificent view across Melbourne, right next to the incredible Victoria Market and the thumping heart of the centre of the city. Yet it is peaceful and quiet. The pool is long and lovely and there is a gym too. Selina was wonderful and responsive. Would definitely come back if I visited Melbourne again.

Dianna was wonderful! Couldn't have been better. I had a few questions and she was right there every time. The apartment was wonderful! It has everything you could need and is beautifully styled. The bed is incredibly comfortable and overall, we felt so comfortable from the moment we walked in. It is also in a fabulous area, easy for public transport walking distance to restaurants, supermarket, post office and basically everything you could want. We loved our stay here and will definitely come again. Thank you Dianna and Bob!!! Your hospitality was greatly appreciated!!!

Scenic view from the apartment on the seafront. Comfortable well equipped and within 10 minute walk of a grocer and train station.

Repeat customers and love coming and staying here. So close to the city and the tennis and the footy and the river bank. Great communication and extremely helpful in answering any questions. Thanks again and look forward to our next stay.

Loved staying here for a few nights. The kitchen is fully stocked which was helpful to cook at home, great location with cafes nearby. Everything was clean and neat and the space is amazing for the price. The washer and dryer were very handy too. Would definitely stay again.
