The annex features: Private parking, front & rear gardens with a seating area, spacious lounge with two bed settees, ideal for extra guests, a large walk in shower, a cozy double bedroom with a small walk in wardrobe.

With a bespoke cast iron electric heater, TV/DVD/CD player. Well equipped kitchen with oven & hob, fridge, kettle and toaster, crockery, utensils and selection of glasses. All bed linen and towels. Outside seating shelter with rustic BBQ and wood burner.

Fairways Annexe is found in Sinton Green situated 10mins drive from Worcester and beautiful Worcestershire countryside -some beautiful local walks, the R.Severn, Witley court and the Malverns, all on your doorstep . You have a private entrance (and key) and your own use of a large bedroom/sitting room plus en-suite with shower and toilet, also a silent fridge, microwave and tea/coffee making facilities. An iron, toaster plus crockery are available upon request.
