The apartment was beautiful! The view was exactly as the photo depicted. The place was organized, clean, and was supplied with almost everything and anything we needed. Overall, it was a great place to stay!

The stay with Robynne was amazing! It's rare to find such a great host and such an incredibly cosy and super clean Airbnb. We would have loved to stay longer. We couldn't have imagined a better stay. It felt like home. We also got to meet the two huskies and they were super cute. All in all: 10 out of 10!! Mahalo Robynne and thank you for your hospitality!

Our stay was so perfect and high quality. Everything matched the picture and the discreption. We're all so sad we didnt have time to go to the pool and the beach but from looking around and seeing it, I bet it would be a great experience and great place to take beach pictures. Its a gated area and it felt safe to go in and out the complex anytime. Annabel's condo is so clean, has all the things we needed. My next trip back to kona I will definitely be going back to Annabels place. All around felt the spirit of aloha.

We had a perfect stay — the place was super comfortable and felt just like home. It was clean, cozy, and even had beach gear, which was really handy. There was a great snorkeling spot nearby, and lots of shops and restaurants close, so everything was super convenient. We’d love to come back someday!

Lava Lounge is perfect - very clean, cosy, perfectly equipped and very well thought through. Comfy bed, sweet garden, big bathroom. And the amazing cherry on top were lovely Mack and McKaela with all their wonderful recommendations! Should we ever be so lucky to come back to the Big Island, we’d definitely stay here again. Big hearted treasure place to stay on the Big Island. Mahalo!

We've stayed in this condo complex last year for Merrie Monarch and really like the location. The view was amazing! Walking distance to restaurants/coffee shop we frequent. Everything was clean and we appreciated having access to netflix, etc, when relaxing at night. We never cooked, but noted that the kitchen was well stocked. Overall, we had a great time and would definitely stay in the unit again.

We had a great day at Kristen and Dan’s spot. I highly recommend. Walkable to lots of local spots. Perfect home base for lots of Hawaii adventures. Very comfortable and nice to return to AC after a long day in the sun.

I think this place was better than described. The place has a lot of room for two people and has a full kitchen. It is very convenient- within 10 minutes from Hilo Airport by car and within a walking distance to parks and restaurants. Also from the shore rear of this complex you can go out on a boat ride. Overall we had a great time staying here.

We had the most incredible stay!! The host was so responsive and helpful, the condo was gorgeous and had so many amenities (beach chairs, towels, snorkel gear, cooler, etc). We loved the area and its central location to so many things. The condo was clean and welcoming and check-in was a breeze. We’d absolutely stay here again!!

Angela was very responsive in the Airbnb’s app! Whenever we had an issue, ie confused the building number (due to jet lag), had a small mishap with the washing machine, or any other questions, she was always quick to reply and came over one night to problem solve the washing machine issue. It was easy, she was flexible with our schedule and very kind! She was also very accommodating for us having two little ones, she had two pack n plays set out with fresh sheets and brand new looking blankets for our arrival. Bathroom had basics items like bath washes, bubble bath, lotion, assortment of sunscreens etc. we especially enjoyed the Tommy Bahama cooler backpack for our long days at Kona beaches. This listing is on Ali’I Dr and therefore close to an assortment of local needs (Walmart for affordable groceries and several beach accesses.) Sometimes the studio was not very toddler friendly- but that is a reflection of our wildling NOT ANGELA! We would easily come again just 2 of us.

Sally's place did not disappoint--we so enjoyed being tucked away on the Big Island. There were plenty of nearby hikes and outdoor activities. It was also incredibly easy to just stay put and relax. We used the spot to get around to various locations on the island. We also had no issues driving back at night. Super great touches we appreciated, like having water shoes, snorkeling gear, and a cooler (all things we ended up using!). Appreciated the flexibility using the shared laundry machines. Sally also proactively offered a later check out on our last day since there was no on checking in. We hadn't planned on lingering, but ended up spending a little more time with our coffee next to the pond that morning!

We had an outstanding stay! If we ever find ourselves back on the Big Island, we’ll stay at Matt’s place for sure! The outdoor shower was awesome. And the location was perfect for getting to amazing spots on the island. We loved it!

We stayed at Betsy’s Airbnb for 8 days and had a fantastic time. The apartment is clean, spacious, and well-organized, with everything you’d need—including a fully equipped kitchen. The location is excellent: restaurants and stores are right next door, and downtown Kona is just a short walk away. The ABC Store is also just a couple of blocks away for convenience. The apartment is directly across from the ocean, offering beautiful views and the relaxing sound of waves. We were lucky to be there during King Kamehameha Day and watched the parade right from the balcony! The bedroom is quiet—we’re light sleepers and had no trouble sleeping. Betsy was a great host—very communicative and helpful. She provided detailed check-in instructions, and when we accidentally left something behind, she went out of her way to mail it back to us. Highly recommended!

We had the best stay at Mary’s place! The patio was absolutely stunning; it was private and so peaceful. While you are staying in a house with permanent residents, it is a separate studio with a private entrance so it feels like your own oasis. The studio had everything we needed and was a great little basecamp for our adventures. Mary was very responsive and so kind! We would absolutely stay here again. She also left little treats for us upon arrival, which always warms my heart :)

We wish we could give this place more than 5 stars because it was beyond what we imagined. We stayed as a family of four and it was the perfect place to be for a nice five days of vacation. There were two bathrooms and two showers as well as two private bedrooms. There is everything you need for comfort, extra blankets and towels to use. On top of that, the washer and dryer in unit was a gem.The kitchen is so well equipped that we cooked without trouble and ate at the dining table with an amazing view of the sea. The water is literally right outside the lanai with nothing blocking your view. We spent most of our time in the living room because of the beautiful ocean view. The location is great with downtown Kona as a 5-10 min drive or a nice stroll. Marta was also so responsive and kind, and had everything organized and instructions detailed down. We would stay here again if we ever visit Big Island again!

We stayed for several days at this well located apartment. Lennis was a lovely host. She left us some snacks and wine, and also allowed us to check out an hour later to accommodate a busy morning. The kitchen and bathroom were well stocked. The parking is very close to the apartment which is handy. The only issue we had were the incessant fruit flies. Because there is no glass in two of the windows (just a wood screen with a bug mesh), it is too easy for them to get in. We were very careful to clean well but it was just impossible. We would definitely stay here again but it was quite annoying at times.

This was the perfect spot! We are walkable to downtown all the shops and restaurants and coffee places, and when you have that plus a view!! We can’t wait to come back! This was the perfect spot for a girls getaway

We had a wonderful stay at Erika's place. The location is absolutely perfect - walking distance to Kona's main attractions, supermarkets, and restaurants, which made exploring the area so convenient. Erika provided crystal-clear check-in instructions, making our arrival completely hassle-free. The space was immaculate and thoughtfully prepared with a well-stocked kitchen that included all the essentials - cooking oil, condiments, quality pots and pans, and more. These thoughtful touches made it feel like a home away from home. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone visiting the area and would happily stay here again!

Great location, clean, was as described. Only downside is the walls are thin as said in previous reviews.

We immediately felt right at home and welcomed by Regina and Scott. From the well organized binder of information to every amenity one might need, this is THE place to spend a week. When not running out to the sites on the Big Island, this property will meet all your needs. The room was quiet and had easy access. We could easily walk to town or have dinner on our private lanai while watching the sunset. When the staff blows the conch shells at sunset, all will be right in your world.

We had the most magical week at Maryanne's home, would 100% recommend - we'll be back! The condo is even better than photos, it's spacious, well furnished and equipped, cozy and has the most amazing view. This has to be one of the best spots on Ali'i drive because you have an unobstructed view of the ocean and you can walk across the street for tacos (every day), and fruit/flower/fresh baked goods on Fri/Sat/Sun -- and a few minutes down the road is Da Poke Shack... so good! It's really easy to jump in the car and head down to Magic Sands for some boogie boarding, our favorite morning activity. We came with our baby and 8 year old and the condo was perfect for our family of four. Although shades are not technically black out, they keep the rooms very dark and we rarely noticed any street noise. Loved the pool and we used the pool table a lot as well. Maryanne has a stocked closet full of beach goodies (snorkels, boogies, etc) as well as tons of beach towels. Overall, amazing!

Appreciated our visit so much! Clean, cute, and we loved the outdoor kitchen, hot tub, ocean view deck, fresh fruits and pool. Truly a wonderful experience!

Absolute paradise! Beautiful home with stunning views and close to the best two white sand beaches on the Big Island. The kitchen has everything you need. We enjoyed cooking steaks on the outdoor grill while taking in ocean views from the lanai. The optional resort upgrade

Thanks for the great stay. Your place is AWESOME! It was a great launch point for our Mauna Kea summit and we will forever have great memories attached here. All the personal touches make this place soo special, thanks for putting so much thought into it. We really loved the beach equipment, Emma was grateful for the umbrella. Our baby, Amelia, loved the beach toys and all of us enjoyed dinner out on the lanai. This place has us already thinking about coming back to the big island. Thanks again for an excellent stay!
