Kirkebakken 4 is an old half-timbered house from 1780 centrally located in Rosernes By Mariager. The house has a small garden with terrace with garden table, chairs and barbecue. The house has been completely renovated with underfloor heating and an open fireplace. Kirkebakken 4 is an old house, where renovation has been done with respect for the house, therefore there is a difference in level on the ground floor as well as stairs to the 1st floor. The house is located in the heart of Mariager and overlooks the town's beautiful and historic monastery church.

"TROLDHØJ" is the place where you can escape the stress of everyday life. The house is set back from the road and surrounded by nature, with magnificent views of Randers fjord. The night is dark and quiet and the stars are clear. Terrace on 2 sides of the house, fireplace and plenty of elbow room. 2 km to grocery store, tavern and pizza and 7 km to Udbyhøj with blue flag beach and harbor life. The house is from 2015 and built in larch wood, so there is a nice atmosphere in the house. Here is the basis for a few days of recreation.

Gildhøj

A 600 meter long gravel road just past the beautiful Udbyover Lake you come to Gildhøj which is an old farm in 1850. Here we offer accommodation and stays for 2 people in our side building. The building, with its thick walls, provides a comfortable indoor climate on hot days. The apartment has a bedroom with a double bed, or 2 single beds, and a living room with kitchen facilities, a refrigerator with a small freezer, and a microwave. There is a private toilet and shower and bed linen and towels are included in the price.

A nice newer family-friendly year-round cottage in the woods - 109 m2 + 45 m2 annex, outdoor jacuzzi, hot tub and sauna. There are terraces around the house, beach volleyball court and fire pit. There is a short distance to the sea and 10 minutes to delicious beaches in Øster Hurup and 5 minutes to shopping. The house sleeps 8-10 people. The house is equipped with fiber broadband and WiFi that covers the entire 3000 m2 natural plot. In July and August, check-in is on Saturday. There may be some insects at times.

Apartment - farm

You'll be in the country if you stay with us. Far out in the country 😀 The apartment is located in an outbuilding of our own home. There are low ceilings and the home appears very original - but with common comforts such as heating, electric stove, fridge, TV (cromecast) and shower, etc. Private and secluded, south-facing garden with gas grill and outdoor furniture. In front of the yard there is access to a large, field/meadow area. There is a queen-size bed in the bedroom and two twin beds in the living room.

The grounds offer a campfire, bird whistle and own raspberries, blackberries and apples. A peaceful retreat with room for both togetherness and nature experiences. It is 200 meters to the bus stop, from where the bus goes to Aarhus C. The nature around the house offers both cozy forest and 600 meters from the house is a really nice beach. Kaløvig Boatsport is less than one km from the house. In the house there is dining and sleeping space for 4 people. Towels, dishcloths, duvets, bed linens, and firewood for the cozy wood-burning stove.
