Welcome to a historical beach house on the shore of Väddö canal! We are renting out the upper half of it - the spacious upper floor with a private entrance. The story of this beautiful house dates back to the 19 century when the school teachers from Stockholm used to spend their holidays here. Beautiful back yard with a sitting area facing and with access to the sea (Väddöviken). 5 km to lovely Grisslehamn with the nearest grocery store, restaurants, marina, luxury spa hotel and ferry to Åland.

Mysigt hus från 1900 talets början i Herräng. Bara några minuter till havet och bad på klippor eller strand. Medel standard och finns allt man behöver. Till Herräng är det 6 km och till Hallstavik där det finns fler affärer, apotek, systembolag m.m är det 16 km. Huset ligger i ett område mellan naturreservat så det finns otroliga naturupplevelser för den som vill. Vi har en grillplats vid havet som man kan nyttja. Vill man fiska går det bra. Lite inne och ute spel finns samt studsmatta.

Litet gästhus som är ett gammalt härbre. Beläget på liten gård där även vårt hus ligger på samma tomt. Fullt utrustat kök. Toalett och dusch. 1 litet sovrum 90 säng på nedervåning. Kombinerat sovrum (2*80 sängar) och vardagsrum övre plan. Ca 180-200 cm takhöjd på nedre plan i köket. 5 minuters promenad till mysigt strandbad i sjö. Lantligt med hästar inpå knuten. 300 m från roslagsleden. 5 km bad i havet. 9 km till Älmsta med Ica och restauranger. 25 km till Norrtälje.

Endast en kort bilfärd till vackra vandringsleder i naturreservatet i Riddersholm samt till passbåten i Refsnäs för utflykter till närliggande öar. Finns gratis parkering på tomten om ni kommer med bil och är nära till busshållplats. Vi har ofta en fantastisk solnedgångshimmel från höjden året om!

Vi var två familjer som bodde här under mörka senhösten. Extremt fin plats, dovhjortar precis utanför. Väldigt gammalt och fint hus. Brasa gjorde det extra trevligt. Bastun och bubbelbad var ett stort plus. Tillmötesgående och trevlig värd. Rekommenderas!

Jennie was a very kind and responsive host with a beautiful cabin tucked in the woods. We had a very lovely weekend tucked in the cosy corner of her property. It was in close distance to the nearest town and the cabin was well equipped with the appliances we needed. I would highly suggest!

Truly amazing place, with lots of outdoor space for the kids to enjoy, as well as all the toys inside. Sauna is a huge plus. Private and cosy. Would definitely recommend to anyone who wants to enjoy a great stay in a real Swedish countryside. The only minus is the washing (sheets and towels) before check out. There were a lot of us and therefore a lot a washing. The first load was put at 6.30 (surely that would be early enough, we thought) but if the check out is at 10 then there’s simply not enough time to do all the washing so it becomes a bit stressful. Luckily, Gustav let us stay a bit longer which we are thankful for (but still had to leave a few dirty towels by the washing machine). If you bring your own bed linen and towels then it solves the problem.

Wir (meine Partnerin und ich) haben eine ganze Woche in diesem Airbnb verbracht. Es ist der perfekte Ort um die Natur zu geniessen und sich zu entspannen. Lesen, Spiele spielen, Beeren pflücken, etc.. Eine wunderschöne Gegend! Einkaufen und auch andere Möglichkeiten in der nähe mit dem Auto erreichbar. Wir verliessen die Unterkunft nur schweren Herzens und können sie nur weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit!

Otroligt ställe! Vi hade en fantastisk helg i detta boende. Vi lagade god mat i ett väl utrustat kök, bastade, sov gott, njöt av naturen genom att kall bada och gå långa promenader. Huset har allt man behöver och Fredrik var en otroligt hjälpsam, välkomnande och trevlig värd. Vi rekommenderar detta ställe och vi hoppas kunna komma tillbaka.
