The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and washing machine. In the library you will find exciting reading. You rent the full apartment for yourself. The house stands between our parking lot, the Havel and a garden section. Direct shore access to the Havel is available and water sports or fishing are possible.

Small but nice, chic little studio for two

Welcome! A modern furnished, small studio awaits you on the upper ground floor of a two-family house. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need: A capsule coffee maker, kettle, microwave, ceramic hob and fridge. The view overlooks our beautiful garden. Bicycles can be parked there. The car can be parked directly in front of the house. In 10 minutes you are by bike in the beautiful city center or in 15 minutes at the nearest lake. Not a central location!

Sigrid and her husband have carefully and lovingly renovated the beautiful house on the Havel. The apartment has a separate entrance and is equipped with everything you need (enough storage and hanging options in all rooms) In the huge garden with old trees there are seating options. Information material and books about the area were also available. We felt very welcome - the hosts were discreet but always available.

An open and airy loft space showcases high wooden ceilings and large windows, allowing natural light to fill the area. A cozy bed is positioned alongside a seating area featuring comfortable couches. A small kitchenette is visible, providing essential amenities for guests.

We had a wonderful long weekend with the Bitterling family. The apartment is located under the roof and has its own charm due to its beams and sloping walls. We enjoyed the hours on the balcony with wonderful views of nature!

The shepherd's wagon is in a wonderful location with direct access to the Havel. There is everything you need: dishes, cozy beds, water connection, fire bowl, benches/table, etc. Communication with Peter was great. The children were able to discover a lot and were just as excited as we were.

We had a truly wonderful stay at this apartment! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The apartment was spotlessly clean, spacious, and thoughtfully furnished with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It’s clear that a lot of care has gone into making this a welcoming and functional space. The location is absolutely ideal — perfectly situated in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore everything on foot. Whether we wanted to visit local attractions, enjoy a meal at a nearby restaurant, or simply take a walk and soak in the atmosphere, everything was just steps away. Our host was fantastic: extremely communicative, responsive, and eager to help with anything we needed, which made our stay even more enjoyable and stress-free. All in all, we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting the area. We’d definitely stay here again!
