Pure relaxation in the heart of Berlin. For many years, we have been enjoying life on the water and it has always been our wish to bring others closer to this lifestyle. This thought gave rise to the idea of realizing this boat project. Our lovingly modernized ferry, built in 1925, is located close to the city right in front of Rummelsburg Bay. Small and colorful

The four-sided farm from 1890 still serves as a farm. Only the street-side house is used for living. Our guest apartments on the upper floor are now intended to create the balancing act between old and new. It isn't big, but has all the comforts to be without fancy. The cottage is charming and old, not a designer tiny house. The center of Berlin and Potsdam are quickly reached. Private access, balcony with water view, terrace and garden around. Living room with kitchen, bathtub, bedroom and extra sleeping space on the sofa bed for an extra charge. We live next door, so never an access or key problem. We are at the Wall Trail. Pets are also welcome.

Pure relaxation on the Havel

Hello, In the car you have the possibility to retreat in bad weather. Otherwise, this is clearly a place where you are outside a lot. The river, the Havel is about 15 m from the car and invites you to swim and do all other water sports. In the car there is a separate toilet. Outside there is a large solar shower (Attention: No sun = no warm water) The car is 5 m away from our cattle paddocks, which can be observed wonderfully while grazing.
