Le logement de Balmette est une vraie perle posée sur le Lac d'Annecy. Notre hôte à su nous donner l'ensemble des indications nécessaires et s'est montrée très accueillante. Je vous invite vraiment à découvrir ce cocon au cœur du plus beau lac de France ! :)

Everything was perfect! The apartment is in a beautiful location right by the lake, so we spent wonderful evenings on the balcony enjoying the sunset. It's very spacious — even bigger than we expected — spotlessly clean, and furnished with love. We’ll definitely come back again!

Nathalie’s apartment is a real gem! Perfect location in the heart of Annecy. The place looks just like the photos (if anything it is nicer) and it is beautifully decorated. Nathalie was great at providing helpful info before and during our stay. We will definitely stay here again when we come back.

Que dire ! Un vrai petit coin du paradis. J’y étais avec ma femme et nous étions extrêmement comblés sur tous les plans. Les hôtes sont très accueillants et très réactifs. Je recommande très fortement!

Martine nous a reçu chaleureusement dans son logement très bien équipé et fidèle à la description. Nous nous sommes sentis comme à la maison et notre bébé s'y est très bien acclimaté. Notre hôte n'est pas avare de conseils et de recommandations alentours. Amoureux de la région, nous reviendrons sans hésiter dans ce petit nid !

Nous avons eu la chance de passer un week-end entre amies dans le logement de Dominique et nous en sommes plus que ravies ! Le logement est vraiment top, l’emplacement est vraiment idéal et il y a suffisamment de places de parking. Dominique est un hôte vraiment génial, il a été d’une gentillesse incroyable. Nous pensons déjà à revenir avec nos familles !

What an unforgettable stay! The view of Lake Annecy with the mountains in the background is absolutely stunning. You can watch paragliders landing and boats gently cruising on the lake. The lake is just a 2-minute walk from the property, and the surroundings are peaceful and incredibly scenic. The house is spacious and thoughtfully laid out, offering both comfort and functionality. You can enjoy your morning coffee on the patio while soaking in the stunning views of Lake Annecy. The windows and doors are soundproof, so you can enjoy peaceful, undisturbed nights without any noise from passing vehicles. Ample parking is available, and the hosts were warm and welcoming. There was nothing to complain about, only wonderful things to say. Restaurants and supermarkets are close by. I stayed for 3 nights, but it felt too short. The place is so beautiful that even 10 days would not have been enough. Words can’t do justice to the view. I am in awe and will definitely be back.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour dans la maison de Christina et Nicolas. La maison est calme, située à côté du lac et a une vue sur la montagne. La cuisine est très bien équipée et la literie confortable. La maison est en outre joliment décorée. La communication avec Christina et Nicolas s'est très bien passé! Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

There are not enough words to describe how lovely this Airbnb is, and what wonderful hosts Frédérica and Gilbert are. The location is superb, close to everything (but away from crowds) in a little village - exactly as described and as in the pictures. Next to the lake and forests, the views are wonderful and the air is fresh and clean. The house itself is marvellous, it is a 200yr old grange renovated with much love and care, which despite every modern convenience has kept its soul and beauty. It is impeccable, and there is nothing that you could want/need that is not provided. After nearly 5 weeks of lovely Airbnbs and kind hosts, this is the one that has stolen my heart and which I will return to without any hesitation next time I travel to France ❤️ I was unwell when it was time to leave, and they were so kind and extended our stay until I was well enough to travel. My friend and I loved both Feédérica and Gilbert, they are truly wonderful people. You will not regret staying here!

Studio idéalement placé dans un immeuble assez calme, très propre et disposant de tout le nécessaire. Communication très fluide avec les propriétaires. Il n’y a rien à redire, je recommande ce logement :)

Cet appartement est tout simplement magnifique! La vue panoramique sur le lac est magnifique. Les appartements eux-mêmes sont très propres, confortables et équipés de tout le nécessaire et même plus. Correspondent à la Description et aux photos. Nous avons passé un bon moment et recommandons cet appartement à tout le monde. Grand merci.

Un appartement très bien conçu. Très fonctionnel. A proximité de la plage de Menthon Saint Bernard... petite balade le soir avec le lac et ses lumières changeantes.

Franck et Anne-laure sont très accueillants , bienveillants . l'appartement est super cool, un bel angle de vue au lac et aux montagnes . Anne-Laure m'a communiqué les bonnes adresses des restaurants et activités à faire . l'appartement est à côté du lac, du petit port . on s'y sent bien. on voit que kes propriétaires sont soigneux . Je recommanderai ces hôtes.

L'appartement est très bien situé, à proximité du centre ville. Le logement est calme et donne sur une cour intérieure. Le garage privé est un réel avantage. Les instructions pour accéder au logement étaient très claires et bien indiquées. Je recommande très fortement cet appartement !
