It is in a quiet location with stunning mountain views, a short walk from the pretty village of Servoz (15 minutes from Chamonix), with its own local store and restaurants. The chalet has good access to the skiing areas of Chamonix, along with beautiful mountain walks on the doorstep.

It's very quiet here, the house is on a dead end street, yet you are close to major cities (Geneva, Lyon, Annecy, Chambery, Aix-les-Bains) and have plenty of outdoor sports opportunities : hiking, swimming, mountain-climbing , motorboat rental, cayak, canoeing, bicycle riding.
