Beautiful cottage with heated indoor pool

In the Nantais vineyard, our cottage accommodates 4 people maximum (children from 5 years old) in a calm and relaxing atmosphere. Parties strictly forbidden. It is 1 studio, adjoining our house, with 2 beds in an attic mezzanine and a Rapido convertible into a bed in the living room. Private terrace to the east; Access to 1 part of the garden to the west. Direct access to the 12.50 m x 4 m heated indoor shared pool. 8am to 10pm. Preferably RESAS for the week during school holidays.

40m2 accommodation, located in the Nantes vineyard, completely renovated in 2024. Old outbuilding with private garden and terrace (privacy and calm preserved). Close proximity to the port of La Ramée. Many walks from the House (along the Sèvre Nantaise or in the vineyard). 20 minutes by car from the center of Nantes and 15 minutes from the airport. Great for business travel. We will make every effort to make your stay enjoyable!

Very good welcome by Catherine who was flexible with the check-in time. We really enjoyed the many attentions during this stay. The bedroom: - Several types of pillows available, comfortable bedding. - Teapot in the room, tea, coffee, small biscuits, sugar, cutlery... - TV - Wifi Bathroom: - shower gels available - several bath towels - Hairdryers A very beautiful house with an upstairs space for travelers, separate bathroom, sofa area and a place in the fridge. Everything was impeccable, absolutely nothing to complain about in terms of cleanliness. Catherine and Dominique were good advice, pleasant and not intrusive at all, we highly recommend them! Impeccable stay, no complaints. We would have liked to book the following week, but unfortunately for us it was already booked. Very nice welcome, no complaints. We were looking for a place to rent and would have taken it directly for the month. At first we were skeptical about renting a studio attached to the main residence but in the end we had a big crush. The price, no complaints. Frankly, even though we were working, it was very quiet and the hospitality was great.
