Gutenstein, die Perle im oberen Donautal, liegt auf 620 m, ideal für Kletterer, Fahrradfahrer und Kanuten. Es gibt herrliche Wanderwege direkt ab Haus, die auch zu Winterwanderungen einladen. 5 km weiter in Langenhart auf 720m ist Langlauf möglich

Die Ferienwohnung ist bei uns im Erdgeschoss. Sie ist einfach und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Alle Räume haben Tageslichtfenster. In der Wohnung und auf der Terrasse hast du absolute Ruhe. An den renaturierten Baggerseen und in den umliegenden Wäldern kannst du spazieren gehen. Die Baggerseen sind teilweise zu großzügigen naturnahen Strandbädern umfunktioniert. Direkt am Haus führt ein Radweg vorbei. Oberes Donautal, Bodensee und Schwäbische Alb sind zwischen 10 und 30 Autominuten entfernt.

The apartment is on the ground floor of an old farmhouse, newly renovated and modernly equipped. Excellently located, between the Black Forest, Lake Constance and Alb. Ideal for 2 people. Living-bedroom with sitting area and double bed, blackout blinds. Fully equipped kitchen: Senseo coffee machine... Daylight bathroom with rainforest shower. The apartment is self-contained, we live upstairs and use the same entrance. The apartment is pet-free, but our cat lives in the house and garden.

Nach einem Ausflug auf der Schwäbischen Alb könnt ihr hier Entschleunigen und das Albpanorama vom Balkon aus genießen. Unsere Ferienwohnung "Hans" liegt mitten im idyllischen Ort Hausen im Tal im Naturpark "Obere Donau". Wer zu Fuß zum Wandern oder Klettern möchte, wer sich aufs Fahrrad schwingen will oder einfach Zeit zum Genießen möchte, der ist hier richtig. Die Wohnung ist unterm Dach. Im Haus befinden sich noch zwei weitere Wohnungen, alle betritt man durch das gemeinsame Treppenhaus. Die Wohnung hat ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, ein Wohn-Esszimmer mit Küche, die gut ausgestattet ist.

Ihr Feriendomizil auf der Schwäbischen Alb befindet sich in einem 2014 vollständig renovierten und umgebauten ehemaligen Bauernhof „Lerchenhof“. Die Wohnung selbst wurde Mitte 2016 liebevoll eingerichtet, ist ca. 90 qm groß, komplett möbliert und geht über zwei Etagen. Sie liegt eigentlich ruhig im zu Balingen gehörenden Ort Erzingen und mit sehr guter Anbindung an die B27.
